This Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private salt pool of 11 meters by 4 meters.

Its location is ideal, quiet, very well located between the famous beaches of Nai Harn Beach (6 minutes) and Rawai Beach (3 minutes). Not far from the villa you will find restaurants, massages, convenience stores.

The pool, terrace and tropical garden are a true paradise day or night.

The space
As soon as you enter the villa, you will discover a magnificent space with a beautiful pool, a pretty terrace and a large pergola.

Inside the villa, a large living room equipped with a 65-inch SmartTV with all the world channels, a large space to eat with family or friends and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to the terrace and the 12-meter by 4-meter saltwater pool will satisfy you.

You will also find 3 large bedrooms with their private bathroom and SmartTV.

Guest access
The villa is surrounded by high private walls that guarantee complete privacy. It's not shared with other hosts. The villa has a covered parking space.

As part of our security policy, we are required to collect a refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 upon arrival.

The full deposit will be returned to you upon departure, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules have been respected.

You can pay the deposit in cash in Thai Baht (THB) or the equivalent amount in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP), depending on the exchange rate on the day of arrival.

Cleaning & Linen Policy:

In order to keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning program:

The first cleaning is done after 4 nights, with change of towels.

After 3 additional nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is done, with towels and linen change.

Additional cleaning services (with change of towels or linens) are available upon request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Don't hesitate to contact us in advance to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated against pests every 3 months.

Not included:
Electricity is charged 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken at check-in and check-out. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
