About This Listing
Casa Tres Vistas is uniquely positioned on Gringo Hill to view the jungle to the South, sunsets to the West and ocean and town to the North. Sayulita's main plaza and beach are only a five minute walk away, however the location remains quiet and tranquil. The house has two large bedrooms with ensuites, one with a king sized bed and the other has a queen and built in couch that can double for a child's bed. There is a full kitchen, living room and dining areas. Wireless internet and satelite television provide some of the comforts and convenience of home. The expansive deck boasts spectacular views, pool, waterfall feature, Weber gas BBQ, dining and lounge areas. The rooftop palapa has amazing views and is the perfect spot to lounge on hammocks, practice yoga or siesta in the al fresco bedroom.
Christina promptly returned all messages via email and reached out prior to our trip to make sure we were all set with transportation. Our flight was delayed (by an hour) and she was still able to meet us/coordinate with our driver to ensure swift delivery to this incredible house! The place is amazing and it was a great get-away for our family. When not out in Sayulita and surrounding areas, we LOVED hanging out at the house: lounging inside and out, swimming, grilling, enjoying the views at all times of day and night. The A/C in the bedrooms made for perfect sleeping temperatures and a nice escape from the heat in June! The entire house is spacious, airy, functional and appropriately designed. We rented an electric golf cart and it was easy to charge right outside the house. Housekeeping services halfway through our visit was a nice perk. We look forward to returning to Sayulita and would DEFINITELY stay here again.
Casa Tres Vistas is amazing! The pool and patio overlooking Sayulita and the ocean are definitely hard to beat! Chris was a wonderful host, making sure we had everything we needed and providing great local recommendations. We would definitely stay at Casa Tres Vistas again.
Christina was fantastic! We had many questions prior to our arrival, as my partner and I, along with friends and family came to Sayulita for our wedding. She answered them all quickly and clearly. The house is more stunning than pics or words can express. It's not only the beauty and comfort of the home and views, but the "vibe" of being at home, alive, and at peace. Also, it sleeps up to 9 easily if you have some single folks, you just have to pay a bit more to accommodate. The town is incredibly American friendly, the surf fantastic, food spectacular, locals friendly, but the roads are a bit crazy narrow, with very steep hills. Expect to get great exercise or rent a jeep or golf cart! Be sure to check out Playa de los Muertos! Massages on the beach are (email hidden), street tacos rock at $4 for 4- feeds 2 people easily, dinner at Don Pedro's is a must!, chair rental on the beach is free if u buy beer from one of the beach guys (def rent chairs w umbrellas!), prepare to be bombarded by locals selling merch on the beach (it's actually quite fun), and if ur like us, save a ton of money by bringing a soft sided cooler and buy beer in bulk at the liquor store. Last tip: rent a jeep on the way from the airport from Gecko Car Rental. It's cheaper than a golf cart and far more practical going up the hills than a cart. You can also visit nearby towns! We WILL be coming back and staying at Christina's Casa Tres Vistas!
The house speaks for itself, the pool, the large bedrooms, full service kitchen and the outdoor living on the rooftop - all amazing! Chris was great as well, she met us right at the door when we arrived and answered the few questions we had right away. She highlighted all the local places to go (restaurants, groceries, tours etc.) and was extremely accommodating allowing us to check out later as we had a late night flight home. I would highly recommend Casa Tres Vistas and would love to come back.
The house was wonderful, close to town, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Christina was an excellent host and provided us with all the information needed, except we werent informed about was the pool guy coming by to clean the pool, Louis. He was very polite and we looked up in the house manual where it said he would be stopping by during the week to check the pool. It was the only thing we were a bit caught off gaurd by, and he was there everyday during our short stay. Other than that we had an excellent stay and I'd highly recommend to anyone look for a wonderful getaway to stay at the house!
This house is amazing. There were 6 of us ladies there for my bachelorette weekend trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It would also be a lovely place for families or 2-3 couples to stay in as well.
There are 3 beds, and couches in each room. It fit 6 people easily if you're not opposed to sharing a bed with someone. As others mentioned the roosters were a little intense for me, but the air conditioner drowns them out in the bottom 2 rooms. So it's only sleeping upstairs where they are loud- some in my crew loved sleeping up there and they didn't bother them.
Christina provides a very helpful book for the house on what to do in town. And Stephanie was very helpful showing us around.
The back deck where the pool is is amazing! The view and sunsets from there are so beautiful and it was very nice to have the option to cool down at the pool instead of the ocean.
The hike to and from town is steep, but it's still pretty easy and there were 2 adorable puppies that lived on the street below the steps so that was something to look forward to. Town is so much fun! Definitely look up some restaurants with the wifi at the house before dining bc there are so many options it helped to narrow them down a bit.
Would love to stay here again!
