The space
BEDROOMS: As a true 3 bedroom, 2 bath, I have 4 separate areas each with their own bed. In addition, there is a convertible futon for a one more and floor queen mattress hidden away in the upstairs closet for two more in a pinch. The office has a hidden murphy bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, which is just like one you would have on any other bed and incredible to sleep on. The sofa in the living room has a queen full out platform mattress that can comfortably fit two.
KITCHEN: thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to cook! Plates, cooking wear, pots and pans, knives (actual sharp ones too), Breville toaster, Nespresso machine, you name it, I have it. There's also a Char-Broil grill for some good eats.
OUTDOORS: The house has ample spaces for entertainment. The terrace accessible through the primary bedroom is a rare find, providing a private scenic viewpoint, great for relaxing and socializing. After taking in the view, venture out into the backyard, where you can take a dip in the Cowboy Pool and soak up rays on the deck. The pool is 10' in diameter, making it big enough to fit 12+ individuals comfortably. It also has a heater and filter system, allowing for all year use as a pool or hot tub that csn be set up to 104 degrees. There are lots of games to pull out too, including an awesome UT Austin branded cornhole (Go Longhorns!) and pickleball (net and equipment included!). At night, BBQ and lounging by a fire pit is a great way to wind down after a long day.
REMOTE-WORK FRIENDLY: The third bedroom also doubles as an office space, perfect for the remote worker. With plug-in ready dual monitors, high-speed internet (Fiber), Herman Miller Aeron chair, and motorized sit-to-stand desk, you’ll feel like you’re at the office (no need for a Zoom background filter!) Even better, the murphy bed elegantly hides away during work, and later provides a comfy bed for sleep.
SMART HOME SETUP: The home is equipped with smart home technology, bringing it to the 21st century. You’ll be able to control the thermostat, turn on lights, along with all the typical capabilities with your voice. Each room has its own smart ceiling fan that is quiet, yet powerful.
ENTERTAINMENT: I packed my house with as many fun things to do if you’re not exploring the city. The backyard has plenty of room for all things games, and afterwards, cozy up on the patio set with its own fire pit table. There also are board games galore, so there is an endless amount of entertainment to be had here.
I designed my home the way I like to live, and I hope you enjoy it too. I keep everything in stock, clean, and tasteful.

Entire house is completely yours to utilize, with keypad Yale locks at both back and front entrances.

NOTE: We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in. Guests will have access and self-check-in via an electronic smart lock.

Guests use amenities, pool, fire pit, and grill at their own risk. I hate saying this, but this is America!
Other things to note:
Prior to check-in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. We have 1 covered carport in the backyard, and plenty of curbside parking in front of the house.

**No Pets!! (We’re sorry we don’t allow pets. To be mindful of other guests and allergies, we ask your fur babies stay at home)
**Quiet Hours 10 pm – 8:00 am (We love our neighbors, keep outdoor noise to a minimum at night. Thank you!)
**Please! No Glass anywhere by the pool. And keep the pool cover on at all times when not in use
HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
