NoDouble Cottage sits on the grounds of Sam's Pizza Pub on Lake Hamilton — a beloved local landmark with live music, great food, and waterfront dining since 1980. Swim or fish from the dock, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy stunning sunset views from your private patio. Two king suites, a fully equipped kitchen, fire pit, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The space
This cottage on the grounds of Sam's Pizza Pub is named for the legendary chestnut stallion, NoDouble, who was the first Arkansas-bred horse to ever win the Arkansas Derby. Like NoDouble, this space champions a one-of-a-kind feel and is the perfect place to wind down after a winning day at the races.
NoDouble offers you and your family a truly special local experience. Upon entering you will immediately notice the care put into the Boho-Modern decor. Equestrian-themed art from local artists and well-chosen literature make this Hot Springs-centric space an ideal hideaway from which to venture forth on your Hot Springs adventure.
NoDouble is nestled on the banks of Lake Hamilton beside the only waterfront pizza pub in Hot Springs. There are 3 piers on the property you may use for fishing and swimming. Those who rent a boat from one of the nearby local companies may dock at the restaurant and cottage.
Grab lunch or dinner from Sam's Pizza Pub. Guests can have food and drinks delivered to their boat or to their own private back deck overlooking the cove. Enjoy a fireside cocktail and the best pizza in town while watching the sunset over Lake Hamilton. On a cool morning, relax with a hot soak in the hot tub while watching the fishermen head out for their daily catch.
On weekends you get a front row seat to live music at Sam's — every Friday and Saturday night as well as Sunday brunch. Music ends at 9 PM.
The cottage has been completely remodeled with an open concept kitchen and modern design. Both bedrooms have king beds with high-end memory foam mattresses, quality linens, and their own ensuite bathrooms. The living room sofa folds out to a comfortable queen bed. Every room has a high-definition flatscreen TV with Roku, and the WiFi is lightning fast.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a memorable home-cooked meal — including a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and air fryer. There is a coffee station with coffee provided. Savor your meal at the island bar, out on the private patio overlooking Lake Hamilton, or let Sam's do the cooking next door. We also provide a cocktail station — a nod to Hot Springs' colorful prohibition-era history.
There is a Tesla charger with an adapter that accommodates most electric vehicles (ask inside Sam's for the adapter). The property is limited to 2 onsite vehicles with additional parking a few blocks away. The property cannot accommodate boat or trailer parking.
The hot tub is cleaned before every stay. Please shower before use and follow all hot tub rules to keep everyone safe. The outdoor patio has ample seating, a private hammock nook with a water feature, a small electric grill, and a fire pit.
NoDouble has something for everyone — kick back in the hammock with a good book, cast a line from the dock, or mosey over to Sam's for live music and some of the best eats in the area. Give your group a quintessential Hot Springs experience.

The cottage has two designated parking spaces under the carport. Please note the remainder of the parking lot belongs to Sam's Pizza Pub — unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

The cottage has two onsite parking spaces under the carport and a Yale keyless entry lock. You will receive the code and check-in instructions prior to arrival. If you have more than 2 vehicles or an oversized vehicle that won't fit in the carport, please reach out prior to arrival for overflow parking instructions. Please note the remainder of the parking lot belongs to Sam's Pizza Pub and vehicles parked there without authorization will be towed.
There is a well-sized fire pit with plenty of chairs. If you would like to have a fire, you are responsible for purchasing your own firewood and kindling prior to arrival. Bundles are available at Kroger, Walmart, and Harps Grocery — all less than five minutes away.
The cottage itself and deck are on a single level with no stairs. However, accessing the hot tub, hammock, and Sam's outdoor areas and docks require stairs and may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Please note that check-in for this cottage is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Our homes are often booked back-to-back, so our cleaning team has a tight window between guests to get everything ready. Because of this, we're usually unable to offer early check-in or late check-out.
If you arrive in Hot Springs early, please send us a message. If the cottage is ready ahead of schedule, we will be happy to let you check in early whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.

The property was the first commercial property on Lake Hamilton that had boat rentals and fishing docks in the 1930s. In 1980 the Montgomery family purchased the property and opened Sam's Pizza. It is accessible by car or boat and it has been a local favorite for lakeside dining ever since.
Burchwood Bay road is a peaceful and historic lake community. Because Burchwood Bay road also connects Central Avenue to Lakeshore drive. It is an ideal location and is close to everything of interest in Hot Springs.
