This apartment is honestly the best in its category we've seen in all of NYC. It is a huge sun-lit room, equipped with a powerful A/C and a heater. It's cozy, it's private, it's perfect. You will have an access to your own bathroom (there are two in the apartment) and to a professional kitchen. To relax in the evenings, there is a large balcony, overlooking the historical Brooklyn neighborhood, and of course, the gigantic living room, filled with the amazing paintings of the talented Jessica Angel.
The neighborhood is very quiet so have a chat, enjoy a beer, watch a movie - your room is perfect for that. You'll get good sleep and you'll have fun - I am pretty sure about that!
We are located 15 minutes away from most of what you might be interested in about the New York City, including Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, Lower East Side and Chinatown, West and East Villages and Williamsburg. Upon your arrival we'll provide you with all the additional information you'll need regarding your stay, the neighborhood and the endless possibilities easily reachable from your temporary home!

Boris is a very good host and the apartment is very nice, it looks just like the photos. we stayed 25days comfortably and the kitchen is very well equipped for someone wants cook. boris was very helpful but never too much. safe and quiet neighbourhood. a corner shop is just opposite the apartment and 5min to subway, near enough to the all prime locations. I hope to stay there again sometime.
Our stay at Jessica & Boris' flat was fantastic! We didn't have the chance to meet Jessica as she was away at the time we visited, but Boris was an excellent host. He was patient with the delay of our flight on our arrival and always helpful with all our questions. The flat is spacious, nicely decorated and in good conditions and the closest subway is just 5 minutes away on the G line. The area is not the best part of Brooklyn, but we felt safe all the time, and we were just three stops away from Bedford Avenue.
We shared the flat with the guests there were in the other room, which was a good way to meet new people.
We recommend staying at this flat to anybody travelling to NY and looking for an alternative accommodation at an affordable price.
We'd definitely stay at Jessica and Boris' again when we go back to NY.
