Have your own space and make yourself at home near the fastest growing area of Nashville... Germantown! Our tiny house offers a full bathroom, kitchen, comfy bedroom & a sitting area suitable for relaxing & enjoying your coffee (yes we have coffee)!
You came to Nashville to enjoy the southern hospitality and the music, right? Maybe you came for the local beer joints or to tailgate and go to a Titans game. Whatever it is you came to do, you'll know you're in Nashville the second you walk in the door. Our place is an open plan with a full bathroom and also a spacious kitchen. The house includes a full bed as well as a convertible couch that will allow for 2 to 4 people. It may be a little tight with 4 but we welcome and certainly do our best to accommodate everyone!
We have a security system, a privacy fence around our back yard and full plumbing/electric in the house. Of course we have Wifi and Netflix for you also (no cable)! Any other questions, just ask... We have plenty of suggestions of things to do (also listed here on our page)! Our driveway separates our house from the tiny house. Our house is also on Airbnb so please be respectful of our other guests.
Guests will enter through the backyard (the tall gate leading to the driveway) and lift the latch at the top of the gate. Enter to the right and make yourself at home!
The day before you arrive, you'll be given a code for the lockbox, keypad on the door to enter the house as well as a key for the deadbolt and security system.
SECURITY SYSTEM, please note: On the remote, "O" turns the alarm off, and the image of the person standing outside of the house on the remote sets the alarm when you leave. Please return keys to lockbox when you check out.
AC/Heater: The unit above the bed is for AC only. For heat, please use the baseboard heaters beneath the TV and in the bathroom. There is a knob on the left side of each. Turn the knobs clockwise to turn on, and counterclockwise to turn off.
Extras: silverware is in the cabinet under the sink on the left. Sheets for the futon as well as extra blankets and pillows are in the tall cabinet to the left of the sink. Towels, washcloths, a hairdryer and extra TP are under the bathroom sink.
Early Check-in: early check in is available for $30
Interaction with guests
Inside the house, and in the message we send prior to your arrival, we will have suggestions for what to do while you are in Music City! If you need anything while you are here, feel free to give us a call or send a text. If anything isn't working, let us know, we will fix it!
Other things to note

I just ask that you follow my few simple rules for safety. Thank you for choosing to stay in my place!
Hello! I am originally from the Northwest Chicago suburbs and moved to Nashville in 2008 to help a singer/songwriter. A lot has happened in 9 years....I am now the manager at The Picnic Tap in the Nashville Farmers Market. I love to travel! I thought it would be nice to have a couple homes for guests to stay in while they visit this city I quickly learned to love.
As a host I am available by message and typically can respond quickly to questions or concerns. I do work a lot so please be sure to read the entire message prior to check in- there's a reason it is detailed! :)
If you have any questions please let me know. I have provided guidebooks for my guests in the house with suggestions on places to go!
