If you are looking for a good location this is def it! The pictures are slightly decieving, the house is much older than it seems and so are the furnishings and carpets. We probably wouldn't stay again but it worked for the weekend, I couldn't do more than 3 nights here for sure.

We have had some problems lately and not reflecting our best. With all the weather, palmetto bugs have been worse than ever. They are not roaches, they are flying vegetarian oak tree, marsh bugs. They do not like getting in the house and do belly up once in. The house was built in 1945 as a marsh front fish camp. It was renovated 10 years ago, the furnishings are the same as the photos with the exception of a new sofa. I am so sorry you did not find it inviting and clean enough. I am not used to getting bad reviews over the past 15 years of hosting. I will look into better service.

Centrally located to both Savannah and Tybee. Great space for price; our family really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very spacious and true to the pictures advertised. It is great if you're looking to be in a location that allows you to explore both Tybee Island and Savannah Downtown however a car is definitely needed for transportation as it's about a 15-20 minute drive to both locations. It was also great she allows well behaved dogs (additional cleaning fee applies) as we love to bring them on vacation with us whenever possible so that was a huge plus for us. The only negative we could say is the yard has lots of mosquitos so it makes it very hard to enjoy the lovely outdoor space which we were looking forward to using but couldn't because the mosquitos were that bad, however walking around the neighbourhood they weren't too bad so maybe avoid spending lots of time in the yard during mosquito season.

Bev was wonderful in every way. Her house was stocked with everything you need! She was onsite and able to answer any questions we had,but we also had our privacy. Everything was perfect for us. Close to the beach, close to the gun range, close to really good food all vary close. Marsh across the street, but private access only...that was a little bit of a disappointment. But overall,a truly perfect stay for our family of 5(2 adults& 3 teenagers)

Bev was an incredibly gracious host from the start, remaining patient as we worked through a little booking trouble online. Wilmington Willow is a cozy little getaway and has much more room than the pictures suggest. Bev made it easy to access the wifi and enjoy a quiet weekend in a comfy neighborhood. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and walks around the island, while being minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay here again or at another one of Bev's properties. Thanks Bev!

Career of 30 years as a product designer. I started collecting resort property in 2000 using my eye for design with a story to tell. I starting hosting before that in the 70's with a Victorian resort hotel in the ozark mountins. So I guess you could say I've been serving up rooms with a view over half my life. I believe in the traveler and respect their needs for the comforts of home, cleanliness, and adventurous delight. I find pleasure in presenting my guest with good art, unexpected visuals, more amenities than home, sprinkled with a few hidden treasures that spark one's imagination or take you to a special place in your mind's eye.
