New Giuliano's apartment is a wonderful place to rent in Rome.
It is located in a very lovely and surprisingly quiet area in Rome, yet very central to visit all the tourist attractions by walk. The Vatican, Castel Saint'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, and the famous shopping streets Via del Corso and Via Cola di Rienzo are all within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. If you would like to stay central, but would like to avoid the tourist crowds on the street at night, this would be the perfect location.
The apartment is very clean and newly renovated as shown in the pictures. On top of that, the size of the apartment is actually much more spacious compared to other apartments with the similar prices in the centre of Rome.
There are plenty of nice restaurants, cafes and bars around, of course. The building is also looked after by a concierge staying onsite at all time - very friendly people. This adds extra security to your stay.
In terms of untilities, Wifi works great. Airconditioner/heater works well, although not that you need to have it on. Hot water in the shower works fine as well. The kitchen and the bathroom are well-equiped with everything you need, and more. There are plenty of guide-books, maps etc in the apartment so you can stay educated.
Also, Tommy arranged a private airport transfer for me on the way from the airport, which was great. Although previously I have never used private transfer service as I tend to enjoy the adventure (or the hassel, if you call it...), I actually highly recommend this service. After a long flight, if all you want is to be picked up by a private Merc and get to the apartment in half hour (at no more than a standard taxi rate), there is nothing better than this. Not to mention that you will also get a chance to chat to the friendly professional Roman driver about this romantic city.
Stop searching and book it!
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. A very very lovely place to stay indeed.
Wonderful apartment just a short walk or ride from all you could want to see. The apartment is beautifully done out, spacious and there are small shops very close buy for your groceries, etc.
Only TINY issue for us was that the apartment doesn't seem to have any heating and in November we were a little cold the nights... Nonetheless, we had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place as your base to explore Rome.
Lovingly renovated with the best fixtures, appliances and furnishings. The apartment is located in a quiet oasis just a couple of blocks from the Justice Palace and St. Angel's Castle. Great restaurants and shopping abound. The owner met us on short notice, and gave us very comprehensive information of the apartment, neighborhood, Rome. Perfect vacation!
Thanks Giuliano for showing us the apartment! An thanks for coming to the rescue when the taxi didn't show up! The apartment is great! Clean and new and have everything we needed. We made breakfast everyday during our stay! The apartment is in a great area... Thanks again and won't hesitate to recommend this apartment to our friends going to Rome !
Well all I can say is what a great apartment, great location , excellent size and quiete, Guiliano was so helpful we chatted for n hour as he had lived in OZ before, so thank you very much, total for peak season of 3 days for two was $566 , great value, but I've noticed I've been charged an extra $153 on my credit card , and I'm not sure what that's for , I've left a letter somewhere so waiting for a reply . But I'm happy to fully recommend this apartment it's only walking distance to everything, so thank you very much. I love Rome
Great Flat, excellent location, had a wonderful time in Rome and we were able to walk to everything.
PERFECT!!!!! The flat it's nice and clean, very well situated, you cross the bridge and you are in piazza di popolo, and piazza di spagna, exactly in the center, behind the flat it's piazza cavor which I highly recommend to eat very good pasta food and in an affordable price, avoid eating or drinking in the center, we had 3 glasses of beer and we pay 24 euro! Thank you Tommy and Guiliano, for all your help and informations, hope we come back again and sure to find available dates in your lovely flat:)
We really loved the spacious Giuliano’s apartment situated in the real Roman building with concierge and huge front doors!
Giuliano explained everything throughly. Moreover, we had an interesting and insightful conversation about Russian literature. That was very nice)) Also Giuliano (or Tommy?) sent via email a long useful letter with tips about sights, cheap cafes and shops.
