Welcome to Azure!! We are excited to host you at the most unique property in all of Jensen Beach that sits at one of the highest points in South Florida. Enjoy the ocean breeze from one of the FIVE patios, relax in the pool in the lounge chairs or get your laps in by day and enjoy the game room at night. No matter what your preference is this house will not disappoint. This house is a turnkey vacation experience designed for multi-generational family gatherings or just friends getting together.

Welcome to your mini resort!

There are four bedrooms total.
Bedroom 1: King bed with 55” TV, patio and full bath
Bedroom 2: King bed with 55” TV and full bath
Bedroom 3: King bed with 55” TV
Bedroom 4: Full size bed and twin bunk with an attached patio and 55” TV.
(Bedroom 3 & 4 are on the first floor and share a full bath.)

Maximum occupancy is 9 (no exceptions).

Living room TV is a 75” Smart TV with the enhanced cable package. The bedrooms have Smart TV’s. The house is also equipped with three zones of SONOS.

There are 5 patio’s. Each have lounge chairs for you to enjoy the views and breeze. There is a Weber Genesis on the patio off of the dining room. Propane is supplied directly from the house tank so you don’t have to worry about refilling tanks.

Kitchen: FULLY-STOCKED
We didn't skimp. You'll find restaurant-grade tools: high-end knives, Ninja blender, a pantry stocked with spices and basics, and a Weber Genesis grill fed directly from the house propane line (no tank refills required). Whether you're cooking a casual family dinner or hosting a dinner party, every tool you need is here. Still missing something? Message Christina, odds are she'll have it shipped within a day.

Game Room:
A climate-controlled game room (converted garage) that's a game-changer for families and rainy days. Four arcade games, full-size 8ft pool table, 65" TV with surround sound, and a dedicated beverage fridge mean nobody's bored. Ever.

Supplies:
We provide initial supplies of toilet paper, soaps, paper towels and coffee. We did our best to think of all of the kitchen supplies you could need. If for some reason you are missing something please let me know and hopefully I can get it shipped to you within a day or two.

Outdoor Entertainment:
There is a basketball hoop and ball.

We provide 6 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. All are located in the shed.

The pool has two lounge chairs that are on the landing of the pool and there is an umbrella in the shed that you can put in the landing area for shade.

The pool heater is turned on and is set to 88 degrees year round. The actual pool temperature may vary depending on how hot or cold it is outside. The "spa" area is NOT a hot tub, it is the same temperature as the pool and has jets.

Fire pit is located near the pool. Please be careful and don’t allow the fire to go beyond the pit area.

EV Charger Available

Play Set: We thought it would be a great addition for kids. After being in the sun all day we now realize the slide gets very hot. Please be careful and check it prior to letting your kids use it if it’s in the middle of the day.

Golf Cart:
Available to rent and driven on any road less than 35 MPH. Must request at least a week prior to arrival. Must sign contract and send a copy of your drivers license, insurance card and credit card. A $500 refundable deposit is required. Rental rate of $90/night or $567/week. Monthly rates to be discussed. Must rent for the duration of your stay, no exceptions. No refunds after code for key has been given put.

Please take the koozies as a souvenir and we would be so grateful for a note in the guest book.

Check-Out Process:
Since we charge a nominal cleaning fee we do ask you to remove the sheets, take out the trash and run the dishwasher prior to your departure. These few chores save our amazing housekeeper a lot of time. If you ever need anything at all the housekeeper is more than happy to help since she lives nearby.

You will have access to the entire property. The garage is converted to a game room and has a/c - you are not allowed to open the garage door.

Other things to note
The twin bunk bed is available for use. The sheets and comforter are located in the closet on the first floor. You will need to make this bed if you plan to use it.

GOLF CART:
Available to rent for $90/nt. Must rent for the duration of your stay. Weekly and monthly discounts available.

Must let host know a week prior to arrival if you want to rent the golf cart. Contract must be signed. And, must submit drivers licenses, insurance card and submit a $500 deposit.

There is a train that passes by the area during the day and night. We have provided high end noise machines for light sleepers in the bedrooms that face the street (East).
