The space

Pure Sea
The essence of Pure Sea comes alive in its breathtaking 240-degree uninterrupted views, the deep blue horizon, the whitewashed village and twinkling lights of Agios Nikolaos, and the soothing rhythm of waves breaking below.
Two swimming pools crafted with exclusive Rajasthan marble mirror the shifting colors of the sea throughout the day, creating a seamless, almost dreamlike infinity effect. Scattered seating areas at varying levels along the coastline invite you to pause, breathe, and take in a panorama that changes with every hour.
The 400m² exterior of Pure C Estate is centered around two private pools. The first, a 25-meter infinity masterpiece filled with gently salted water, is designed both for relaxation and for swimming laps. Built entirely from marble and equipped with stair access, it reaches a depth of 1.5 meters and can be heated upon request. Around it, you’ll find five double built-in daybeds, plush poofs, bean bag loungers, a poolside shower, and an outdoor WC. For younger guests, the children’s pool offers a joyful escape, measuring 15 x 4 meters, just 0.5 meters deep, and filled with the same skin-friendly salty water.
Outdoor dining becomes a memorable ritual with a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and charcoal BBQ, perfectly positioned for easy access to the kitchen. Architectural elements extend naturally, offering shade for the dining area.
The terraces are dotted with intimate corners, places to rest, sip, laugh, and simply be. A shaded bar equipped with four stools, a sink, and a mini-fridge keeps refreshing drinks within reach. Nearby, a cozy firepit seating area draws you in as evening falls. On the opposite side of the pool, a second firepit paired with a dreamy double bed invites you to drift off beneath a canopy of stars, wrapped in the soft summer breeze.
And through it all, privacy is absolute. With no direct neighbors and shaded parking for three cars within the estate, Pure C feels like your own secluded slice of paradise.
Pure Comfort
The 360m² estate unfolds across two levels and is designed to comfortably host up to twelve guests.
Ground Floor
The Ground Floor forms the heart of the home, seamlessly combining the main living room, the kitchen, and two of the bedrooms. A wide, continuous opening in the living area blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, creating an airy space that flows effortlessly onto the sea-facing terraces.
Inside, a built-in corner sofa, leather loungers, coffee tables, and a wooden wall-mounted wine rack bring understated elegance and comfort to the space. The open-plan layout, combined with unobstructed sea views, gives the impression of spending the entire day outdoors while still enjoying the warmth and coziness of the home. Sonos speakers further enhance the ambiance, delivering exceptional sound both indoors and out.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Liebherr wine cooling display, an island with induction hobs and an integrated extractor, and high-end built-in appliances. It also connects directly to the outdoor BBQ, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. A separate pantry room adds convenience with a second refrigerator and KitchenAid equipment.
Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for your absolute comfort, featuring premium COCO-MAT mattresses, individually controlled air conditioning, and open closets. The bathrooms are stocked with BioAroma products, and plush bathrobes and slippers are provided, ensuring a complete and indulgent self-care experience.
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a Super-King size bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 32” TV, a Nespresso machine, and direct access to a calming firepit with seating.

Lower Floor
The lower floor invites you to slow down and unwind. A tranquil wellness area features an in-ground hot tub for five, a wooden sauna, and a double shower room illuminated by soft light filtering through water-filled skylights.
For those who prefer to stay active, a fully equipped fitness room includes a treadmill, a CrossFit bike, free weights, a wall-to-wall mirror, exercise mats, an abs bench, and multipurpose training equipment. This level also houses a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a half bathroom.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a Super-King-size bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and is ideal for your little ones to enjoy. Featuring a 55” Smart TV and a PlayStation 4, promising all the fun!

Pure Crete
-Our BioAroma cosmetics are all-natural, plastic-free, and paraben-free, locally crafted from traditional Cretan herbs, olive oil, and beeswax. A carefully curated selection of the finest Cretan wines is available for purchase in the villa’s unique wine cellar, located on the lower floor.
-The estate’s gardens preserve the characteristic natural terrain of the area, thoughtfully adorned with lime and mandarin trees, low shrubs, plants, and local Cretan herbs. These living ingredients invite you to enrich your cooking and cocktail experiences while enjoying the mesmerizing views of Mirabello Bay, a vivid reminder of Crete’s world-renowned clear blue waters.

Pure Concrete
In the exterior, the modern architecture and white color blend seamlessly with the rugged landscape. Built-in pool, double day beds, and seating areas from forged cement offer a sense of organic continuity, creating smooth surfaces.
In the interior, built-in furniture, beds, and countertops made from the same material, and floors covered with concrete-look tiles, add a contemporary touch and minimalist aesthetic to this amazing dwelling, while the soft, relaxing, earthy colors match the natural surroundings and the deep blue Cretan sea. The atmosphere shifts to a light-filled space, consisting of a modern mix of white walls and fabrics and light-colored woods, thanks to the expansive floor-to-ceiling doors in all ground-floor areas.
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
