This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment located in the peaceful and beautiful environment of villaggio Il Canneto, within a walking distance from San Teodoro city center and the amazing La Cinta beach.

The kitchen and bathroom are freshly renovated. Includes towels and bed linen. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a mountain view - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of Vermentino while staring into the sunset.

Each room is equipped with an AC unit and there is a wifi in the apartment.

The space
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room combined with kitchen, and a bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen and the bathroom are both recently renewed. Both bedrooms and the kitchen have air conditioning and there is wifi in the apartment.

In addition, there is a spacious patio with a mountain view. The patio is equipped with a dining table and a sofa.

Note: The swimming pool visible from the patio belongs to another property

Other things to note
In addition to the rental fee you will have to pay a tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) as defined by the municipality of San Teodoro. We will collect the tourist tax separately.

At the time of writing the tourist tax is 1,50€/person/night. For children under 12 years of age the tourist tax is not collected.
