Beautiful countryside house with private pool. Constructed in 2015, in the middle of the olive groves.

Total seclusion as Casa Mira is the only neighbor. Casa Mira is our other house just 75 m away. Very close but still out of sight.You can rent both houses for and house a total of 16 people.

The space
Next door to Casa Mira, about 75 meters between houses and optimally to rent together for a total of 16 guests.

In the genuine southern Italy in a lovely setting of vineyards and olive groves. You are completely private with no insight from neighbors, and far from the busier roads.
The house is located approx 10 minutes by car from the towns of Alberobello, Castellana and Putignano. In 20 minutes you make your way to the sea and cities such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
There are also very nice beaches on the Adriatic.
45-60 minutes from Bari and Brindisi where the airports are located.
There are 3 good golf courses within 1 hour from the house.

You live in a modern stone house completed in 2015 with a private 6x12 meter saltwater pool.
The house has two rooms with double beds and a room with a single bed inc pull out bed.
2 bathrooms with showers.

The house of 75 m² is quite small but very comfortable, and with a grand terrace and pool area.

Guest access
You have access to the whole yard and the house.
Swimming in the pool, walks on the farm and children playing on the terrace is of course at your own risk.

Other things to note
A Tourist Tax will be collected on site because of Italian tax rules. In this case the tax is 2 euro per person and per night.
You can pay this on site to our house manager.

Garbage will not be placed outdoors because of the occasional wildlife

Garbage is separated according to different coloured bins placed on the property. Please follow these instructions carefully.

The house is in the country side, the wifi is ok but quite slow and with occational lock downs. This usually only for hours or a day.
