Great flat in the center storico of Napoli ! Anna is really welcoming and helpful. She gave us many advices to visit the city. Thank a lot !! :)
The room was shown in the images - bathroom is shared.
Anna was friendly and arranged for a driver to collect us from the airport and take us to the place for 20EUR.
Breakfast was good - it included a number of pastries and cakes, coffee, juice and fruit.
We only stayed for one night as it was a quick stop over before heading to our next destination but the place was perfectly located right in the centre of the historical centre so we were able to eat great pizza and see the main sites.
I was in Naples for only about 12 hours but this room was really cute and cosy. Very nicely decorated with the air conditioning working well. The shared bathroom was right next to the room so was convenient. The place is only a kilometre away from the train station. Anna was very accessible thru the app and was very helpful with dinner suggestions and the best route to walk to the station too.
The room was nice and clean and the AC worked really well. The rest of the house and bathroom were quite humid but we didn't stay in the house. She makes breakfast but we didn't check it out. The house is right next to via tribunali which is a great walking, eating and shopping street. There was an error in her directions on getting to the house from the train station which caused a bit of inconvenience but it was an honest mistake. The room is on the 3rd floor so there are lots of steps which was tough for our huge luggage (we were in Italy for 2 weeks).
She allowed us to do a late check out since the room wasn't being used until much later so we were able to spend a little extra time checking out napoli. Oh also Napoli was the cheapest of all the cities we visited (Milan,Venice,Bologna,Florence,San gimignano, Siena, Rome)as far as food and shopping prices so wait till you are here to do your souvenir shopping.
Had no trouble communicating before we arrived. Having air conditioning was nice and the bedroom had plenty of space. However, we did have trouble with our key to the front door and the host was out of town. She then told us we must've messed up the key hole when other tenants had the same trouble as us. Clearly it is a problem with the key/door. Otherwise the place was fine and location was fine.
The worst airbn experince I have ever had. I have stayed in 7 houses through the airbn. yet choosing Anna's house was the biggest mistake I have ever made. It is not related with house itself in fact. The house is in a central place and very clean inside with the design of modern furniture. The room is nice with air conditioner, yet the place of the house was very unsafe which caused us to experience a bad event in our honeymoon.
We went to Italy for our honeymoon with my husband, rented a car and travelled almost 10 cities yet, everything related with Naples went wrong from the beginning.
Anyway, I wish we were well-informed about parking by Anna before we went to her house, because I had already asked about parking to her. Although we parked the car just very close to home on the main street on blue lines, where you pay money for per hour to the municipality, next morning, we couldn't find the car where we parked, as our rental car was stolen. So I experienced the worst thing in my honeymoon and we were asked to pay totally 2000 euro for the stolen car by the rental car agency. That event spoiled our honeymoon and holiday.
In fact the comments, the papers left by other guest to Anna's board were mostly positive, yet for us it was not a pleasant stay.

About the Host, Anna
I am 30 years old girl, I love travelling.
Explore, explore, explore
Do not let the fear take the place of curiosity, the desire to live. Explore to discover, to reach unknown lands, to talk with passers-by, those who remain in your life only a month and then, however, do not go more
Explore to try to really get involved. To err.
To dive from too high and fall.
And then find the right spot where to launch, where to launch does not mean precipitate but learn to fly.
Explore to feel alone in a crowd, to feel incredibly full of love scattered into thin air, away from everything and everyone.
Make love, make the revolution, scream, laugh, run away and come back.
Explore to understand that everything that you thought maybe it is wrong to make you amazed by the many facets of the world around us.
Explore and believe.
Believe that there is still something to be done, still a place to see, one more person to know.
One more story to hear, still a path to walk, still a dream to be realized.
Explore, because we need a generation that keep believing.
We need dreams, energies, to know the differences to break the wall of indifference silent.
