One room for rent in a three-rooms apartment
Hello, Buongiorno, Buenos dias, Bonjour, Привет, שלום!
We offer to you a great opportunity to stay in an absolutely authentic Petersburg apartment and, at the same time, to see how people live in real St.-Petersburg.
Our apartment is located in an excellent central spot with many subway, bus, train and coach stations around us (2-10 minutes by walk, I'll explain you in details how to reach us from the airport, train or bus at any time).
We close to everything: museums, bars, live music, antique shops, fancy restaurant, tourist spots.
The flat is very quiet because it's in the rear of the building.
In our space three+ rooms:
1st - storage/workroom, not for rent [no photo];
*2nd - guest room, for rent [photo above];
3rd - living room, for rent on our vacations time [photo in my other listing];
Kitchen - common place [photo above];
Corridor - not for rent =) [photo above].
• Wi-Fi/DSL, printer, scanner, music
• Use kitchen
• Fresh linens, iron, umbrellas
• Parking in courtyard
Invitation (voucher) for visa, registration - 15EUR/pp;

Guests are welcome to make full use of the house, including the kitchen.
Just be respectful of the stuff in the house.
Alexander made us very welcome, along with his lovely wife Tanya. We had some problems with the taxi from the airport but he was very helpful.
the apartment is very homey and very like the listing, but our room was somewhat darker. the neighborhood seemed just fine, as over our stay we came to feel it was a real residential area but with shops and restaurants, convenient to the tourist center of Petersburg, but at the same time not part of that atmosphere. It was busy and cheerful.
Being with Alexander and his family was really special. the flat shows Alexander's home improvements, and it was cheerful, spotlessly clean, and perfect for privacy. As it is on a lower floor there is no climbing stairs, but that accounts too for the lower light in September.
For us, being in the home of this family was what one hopes for. It was a privilege of the internet that we were able to have this experience. I would definitely stay with Alexander again if I had the chance to return.
St. Petersburg is a fantastic city. More so ff you have the chance to stay in a genuine apartment with plenty of Russian vintage charm. Alex and Tanya have welcomed us warmly and with true hospitality. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful.
The location is central, with bakeries for breakfast in walking distance. The night cafes, restaurants and bars are just round the corner in Rubinstein (website hidden). Petersburg Metro is nearby, and so are tram and bus stops.
We also had the benefit of a fantastic tour of the city with Alex's friend Dmitry. We would certainly love to return to beautiful St. Petersburg and to stay there again one day.
Ребята очень гостеприимные, район хороший, все было отлично. Комната очень милая. Рекомендую)
I spent two very pleasant weeks at this apartment. The room is a decent size with a large bed and a big window. It's decorated in a fun, eclectic style, making it really feel quite homey. Alex and Tanya were genuinely hospitable and welcoming hosts, who made me feel comfortable. The location is great -- an easy bus ride to Nevsky, the metro, and to the major sightseeing spots in the city. The neighbors are a bit rowdy, but the area is safe and there are several nice cafes nearby. If you're interested in an authentic and relaxed St. Petersburg experience, you can't go wrong with this place.
Alex and Tanya are the best people I have stayed with. So friendly and welcoming. Location is great ! Room is comfortable. I really enjoyed staying with them. Everything is as described. :)
Perfect stay. I loved the charming atmosphere of the apartment, Alex and his wife were very kind and welcoming hosts, the neighbourhood is full of gorgeous buildings and packed with local un-touristy bars and restaurants (the Penguin pub, the Rubinstein street): what else could want?
I was born and raised at my city, St. Petersburg. I lived for several years in Israel, but returned home and now I think where I would still like to spend the next few years. Maybe you recommend? ))
