The space
Well designed Studio. All modern with European comforts in a quiet neighborhood. Well set up and located for business travelers. The desk has a printer & super fast WiFi & Ethernet. Good place to stay if you're in town for business. OR pleasure!
5 minutes walk to Historic Downtown (in walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, & NAU)
The Studio shares a wall with the Haus unit on the other side of the building. The two units are completely separate, but it's like an apartment, and guests are asked to be respectful of their neighbors.

• Queen bed with 2 European down comforters and down pillows.
• Super fast Internet 1000/50 Mbps / WiFi mesh auto 2.4/5GHZ and Ethernet.
• 50” swivel wall-mounted TV, with streaming NetFlix, MAX, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV+, & major TV networks.
• LED color lighting, with programmed "scenes integrated in home automation system. Just touch to use, or you can use our app or Alexa for control.
• Touch keypad lock.
• USB charger outlets for SmartPhones & iPads
• Kitchenette for light cooking only: electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, induction cooktop, small fridge, microwave - (you'll want to walk the 2 blocks downtown for fab food in the many eateries!)
• Bathroom with walk-in shower with rain & hand-held showers, heated towel rack, and even a bidet!
• Couch that converts to a twin- with a TempurPedic topper
• Washer & Dryer available. Iron & board in closet.
• Off-street parking, about 10 feet from the entrance.
• EV Level 2 charger
• Absolutely NO smoking OR vaping inside or outside on property.: Including but not limited to Cigarettes. Cigars, Marijuana or anything else.
• NO PETS. AT ALL. ANY SPECIES or SIZE.
• Violation of the No Smoking, No Pets policies will result in a minimum charge of $400. If professional clean is needed, we will charge the full amount
• The Studio is an allergy-free Zone - as much as we can make it one!

Guest access
This Studio is a separate space, on the right of the "Haus" building, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Your entrance is on the right side of the building. Parking is also on the right side of the driveway. (off-street parking, about 10 feet from the entrance).

Other things to note
We are fully set up and located for business travelers. The desk has a printer & super fast Internet 1000/50 Mbps / WiFi mesh auto 2.4/5GHZ and Ethernet.

Our driveway is a bit rough - the far right side is easiest, and is your spot.
(Your neighbor on the left side has the parking on the left side of the driveway.) There is also a camera onto the driveway.
