Tornerei volentieri.
L'appartamento é davvero carino e confortevole!!!davvero comodo visto che è vicinissimo a bar e supermercato.
Lina é stata gentilissima e disponibile!
Lo consiglio vivamente!
Lina was very nice, and helped us by explaining everything. The flat is okay, but for us too much mildew in our sleeping room and in the bath.
My girlfriend which traveld with me had a bad rash every day after sleeping.
The town is quiet small but nice.
For travling to Rom you have to spend arround 50 minutes by train.
(E) Lina's apartment meet expectations, it's cosy and with accessories you need and, however, you can ask Lina for anythings thanks to her helpfulness and kindness. Also, the apartment is very close (walking distance) to shops and services. I'll be back again!
Grazie mille! Un saluto alla signora Malika
Lina is a great host, very communicative and polite. The house is spacious, clean and very well located. The train station is 10 minutes away on foot. There are market and Café very close too. Really recommend it.
Spacious accommodations with all the conveniences of home; close-by shopping of all sorts in the delightful town of Albano Laziale; sincere, caring hostess; a veritable hilltop retreat above the plains of Latium, above the hue and cry of the Eternal City.
Lina is a lovely host, and though she thinks poorly of her English skills, they are actually quite excellent. This helped us out more than once, especially when we needed a translation of public transport notices.
The basement apartment is clean, and exactly as depicted in the picture and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space afforded to us in privacy, with separate methods of entering and exiting if we don't want to disturb the family.
There were a few small problems with the space, but none that were cause to ruin our stay. The main things to know are that while my friends (sharing a double bed) slept very well, but I am more sensitive and found the singles more uncomfortable, with the sofas being quite firm, and the cot being creaky (keep in mind here that I often have trouble sleeping anyway, and you may be fine). The whole house also seems to use the same hot water system, so timing is definitely key to getting a nice hot shower.
On the whole, though Lina's house is about an hour out of the city center by train, I'd definitely recommend giving it a go. The walk to the station is easy enough if you aren't wearing huge packs, and the train ride is generally pleasant with some awesome lakeside views along the way.
Lina was lovely enough to show us around to the public transport, and print off timetables for us, and was there when we needed assistance, but otherwise let us have our privacy. We quite enjoyed our time in Rome.
