It 'an old two-room apartment, very nice and well finished, respecting the Tuscan tradition. It is located in Rignano Sull'Arno (FI), a country also served by lina station in the heart of Tuscany, close to all major resorts (30 minutes from Florence, 1 hour from Siena, 30 minutes from Chianti, 15 minutes from the Valdarno), etc ... It is also conveniently located just 2 km from the famous The Mall, Mall of the highest level. The services that are included are housing, bed linen and bath towels. Parking is inside the style garden of the house. We also have a small pool in the garden to cool off during the hottest periods. The apartment is heated and comfortable even during invernali.
P.S. It 'better to stay at least two nights, Thank you!
Bisogna rispettare l'ambiente, perchè qualsiasi danno viene pagato, Grazie!!
Leonardo is very responsive, helpful and friendly! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Wifi is also available which adds as a bonus for us. We had an enjoyable stay with Leonardo :)
My boyfriend and I had a really wonderful stay at Leonardo's apartment. The apartment itself is great, it's really clean and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Leonardo was a really kind and accommodating host with recommendations of places to visit. The location is perfect and it is really easy to get to Florence and Arezzo. It is definitely worth a visit to his brother's restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment and location for our stay in Tuscany.
Leonardo was very welcoming and the place was quiet and beautifull. The location is a perfect start for exploring Florence by train! Do not forget to go for dunner in the pizzeria of Leonardo his brother.
Leonardo was a great host. He gave us many tips and helped with anything we asked.
The listing is a beautiful apartment fully equipped and very clean.
Leonardo's complex is located in a central place in the town, close to a supermarket restaurants and close to the train station.
Leonardo was there to greet us on our arrival and to give us directions to the house. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment was very nice and an accurate reflection of the photographs - if a bit darker in real life. The outside area around the pool is lovely. We swam (cold in October) but it was lovely to be outside at dusk. Rignano probably isn't worth a visit by itself but this was a great place from which to visit Florence.
What a fantastic couple of days we had at Leonardo's spectacular villa. The pictures don't do justice to the view across the hills and town and also the great terrace area for evening meals and relaxing. For those people who are looking to stay in a non tourist, true Tuscan town then this is a great choice with all the atmosphere of true Tuscany and remains in good proximity (preferably with a car) to Florence, Sienna and some of the surrounding countryside.
Leonardo was very prompt on feedback running up to our stay and then really made us feel welcome, lighting candles for the evening in the terrace area, giving us a walk around the apartment and generally making sure we had everything we needed. Due to slightly weird flight times Leonardo was very kind in being flexible on the time we arrived and left.
Would suggest a walk down to the town and across the bridge to a little shop that has a complete butcher, stock of wine and fresh bread (a savior on our first night!)
