We had a great two weeks staying at Saskia's. The apartment is really well situated; right next to both bus and tram stops and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, bars and cafes on Chapel Street.
We had no issues with the apartment itself, so did not need to contact Saskia much; but the one time that I did, she was super-prompt in replying. This was our first experience using Airbnb, and we were thoroughly happy with it. Thanks, Saskia!
The place was great, the location was great, and we had access to everything we needed. Saskia was always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciate being able to stay at her home. Thankyou again! ^_^
Thanks so much Saskia, place was great just as described. Handy to Chapel St & close to #64 & #5 tram lines that take you straight to the city. Would stay again.
A quiet neighbourhood, though a relatively busy street. Convenient to Chapel St and Melbourne CBD. Nicely appointed. Has a little courtyard that was convenient for our dog.
Lovely warm feeling on arrival . Nice cosy flat which was clean. There was some food which you were welcome to use which was a nice touch! Only complaint was it was rather noisy as it is close to a busy road. Saskia responded quickly and let us stay longer as we weren't well the day we had to leave which was very kind of her. Location is good.
I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I have double glazing to the bedroom to reduce the street noise and if you make sure the bathroom door is closed it reduces noise even further. It is a really happening part of town, so it is busy but that what makes it fun.
Great place to stay. Location is wonderful and close to everything. Perfect neighbourhood, easy access to city. Saskia was welcoming and easygoing.
Saskia was a really friendly host who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Apartment completely as outlined - big comfy bed. Good location, walking distance of Chapel Street, and really close to a couple of tram lines.
I live in the country now on 7.5 acres with my 2 dogs. I used to live in the apartment but now I like to spend most of my time in the country and just have a city crash pad I can use every now and then. I rent it out most of the time. It's in such a great location I never want to let it go.
I have my own business and have travelled a lot and like to stay in apartments when I travel so I figured people might want to stay in mine. In the last year I have been to Vancouver - very like Melbourne so of course I love it. Seattle was surprised how much I liked it and had the best Vietnamese I have ever had including Vietnam. New York well what do you say other than NEW YORK, wish I could afford to go every year.
