AIR CONDITIONING is in the room as well as the WI-FI which is free to use.
The guest room is a PRIVATE ROOM with SHARED BATHROOM and SHARED KITCHEN. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with the owner.

My family had a wonderful time in Pula and at Luka's apartment. It was the cleanest accommodation I have ever seen with excellent Wi-Fi and a powerful shower. The AC in our room worked perfectly. Location was excellent with a bus to the city centre stopping yards from the apt. The bus to the beach was 5 metres further away from apt. front door on other side of road. Brill bakery around corner with superb cafes and restaurant dotted around nearby. 10 out of 10. :)
Great flat and exceptional hosts. You won't be disappointed - especially by the hospitality, which is well and truly above expected!
The flat is not in the town center. But - that is actually a benefit, as neither is the beach - and this place is located exactly in the middle of both. If you were staying right at the centre, you might feel that the beach is too far. This way - they are actually both within a reasonable bus distance.
If thinking of coming to Pula - this is your place!
We were welcomed by Luka and Iva very warmly, get all information we needed and enjoyed two days in Pula! The house is nice and we get to the centre easily by walk. Even beach is not far... so perfect time in Pula!
Roomwas fine and the hosts were very nice and heplful.
My only recommendation for improvement/change would be to replace one of the cot style beds with a proper double or queen size. It would make it more comfortable, especially for a couple, and less backpacker style.
They are really good hosts, and we really enjoyed staying there. They were really helpful with information and they made us feel like being at home. The major con is definitely the distance (20 minutes walk) to the city center and you had to take the bus to go to the beach. There are some house rules which we found a bit odd. You are not allowed to use the stove at all and use bathroom between 6:30-7:30. If you don't plan on making food at home it's not a problem. We will however recommend the place, because they are so sweet and helpful.
We have 4 happy days at the two.
The apartment was beautiful and very clean.
Both have very well cared for and helped. Excursions, restaurants and book a car.
They also gave us a lot of small-tips what we can do.
You could tell it was a great time despite the rain in a few days :-)
We greetings from Berlin
Mareike and Roland
Very nice host! Very clean and spacious! we definitely recommend Luka and Nika to stay in Pula !
Hello travelers ! :)
My name is Luka, I was born and still live in Pula.
I am an architect and have graduated in Trieste, Italy, and I am currently working in a architectural bureau in Pula.
I speak English and Italian.
I like meeting new people, good music, movies, reading books, playing with the cat, working in the garden, playing soccer, bike riding, but most of all I love to travel so by renting the room in the house I am also saving for future traveling.
I feel really comfortable having guests at my place, for me it is a great way to practice foreign language, learn about other cultures, and I try to make our guests feel like they are home, offering them all the tips and help they need during their stay. As I like to travel and know how great it is when someone local gives you suggestions where to go and what to do in the town which you are visiting.
