Other things to note
IMPORTANT: there is an extensive construction project happening next to Vista De Oro. The project is anticipated to be completed in July of 2026. Please be advised that on the days the construction team is working, there may be noise. the view is not obstructed at all, but this may cause disruption to your stay. The nightly price has already been adjusted to reflect the associated potential inconvenience.
House Rules
• Outside vendors are NOT permitted without approval by and a contract with Elysium.
• No pets
• No smoking inside. Please use ashtrays outside and dispose of butts to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
• No confetti - additional cleaning fee will apply if confetti found at property
• Toilet paper must be disposed of in receptacles in each bathroom. Do not flush anything in the toilets.

This villa is best enjoyed with a vehicle. Our team can help you save money on rentals by booking directly with us—avoiding hidden fees and scams. Private shuttles and drivers are also available.
🌿 All of our properties are professionally treated monthly for pest control. However, we are located in the lush Costa Rican tropics, and it’s not uncommon to see local wildlife such as ants, geckos (and their tiny droppings), or the occasional centipede, cockroach, or even a scorpion. While rare, scorpion stings are similar to bee stings unless you're highly allergic. Don’t be alarmed—this is part of life in the jungle, and we are in their natural habitat. 🦎✨
