Property, located less than 5 miles from Dollywood and the Island of Pigeon Forge, has 3 bdrms and 2.5 baths. It is 1600sq ft and decorated with an elegant Tennessee vibe. Two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa can comfortably sleep 6 adults. Kids rm sleeps 2 kids in the cabin bunkbed and 2 kids can easily fit in the oversized teepee equipped with a comfortable mattress. We've recently added a playhouse on the first floor so the little ones can remain safe within eyes view from the adults.

The space
We wanted our home to feel as welcoming and genuine as your own personal home. We wanted our guests to enter a place that makes them feel like they can kick off their shoes and relax in a city that truly appreciates their tourists. With decorations geared to both children and adults alike, we sought out to capture the perfect balance between playful and elegance. With two adult bedrooms and one kids room, a lot of thought was put into the furniture and decorations and we hope you find it to be soothing; especially after spending a long day of walking, or playing in the waters of the Tennessee river, or even swimming at the Soaky Mountain Waterpark. As medical professionals by trade, we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible; not only is it what you need, it's also what you deserve. Of course your safety is also our concern. We have installed outdoor security cameras (one monitoring the front door and one monitoring the back door) to offer you peace of mind protection. While we personally love and enjoy our four legged friends, we are UNABLE to accommodate them due to staff / cleaning crew having severe allergies to animal dander that could put their life at risk. While some may prefer more space and/or privacy, we offer a more interactive style of hosting. We believe in an open and approachable style of communication that nurtures transparency. While there will be automated messages, we want to be available for our guests to create a dialogue throughout the process; allowing us the opportunity to help create an itinerary as well as to put their minds at ease to lessen the anxiety associated with renting someone else's property. For those who prefer minimal interaction, we want to assure you that we will not be intrusive. We simply want all of our guests to reach out to us at their level of comfort and establish the level of interaction they desire. We will accomodate!

Neighborhood highlights

Secluded and peaceful residential. We are located towards the back of the subdivision within a cul-de-sac. Steet parking is allowed. Our neighbor next door has several friendly pets who may wander over to see the new faces. While we are sensitive to all who are allergic to animal dander, we are unable to keep their animals from being friendly and wanting to greet our guests.
