We have a 3 bedroom apartment in the trendy district of Point St. Charles. This historic building was constructed in 1900 and, although it has since been updated, the apartment retains its early 1900s charm. In addition to being fully furnished, the apartment comes with cable TV, wireless Internet, telephone and a washer/dryer. All three bedrooms have a bed (1 queen, 1 double, 1 single), night table, and dresser. Two of the bedrooms have skylights instead of windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. Bedding and towels are also provided. We have everything you need to enjoy beautiful Montreal worry-free.
This apartment boasts a private entrance and also has two balconies - one in the front and one in the back.
The apartment is available on a short term, or long term basis.
The grocery store is about 2 blocks away and the metro station (Charlevoix) is about 5 blocks away. Everything you'll need is within walking distance. The famous Atwater market and Lachine canal are only a 10 minute walk.
Please let me know if you are interested. I am flexible with the furniture, and what you need. If there are things you desire, or don't need, let me know, and I will make your accommodation as pleasant as possible.
Sleeps five comfortably. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have!

Our stay in Montreal was good also thanks to Jonathan apartment. The location is really convenient both for public transportation (underground, buses, airport shuttle) and for cars, interesting night life at short walk on Notre Dame Av., possibility to exercise in the morning by the canal Lachine .... and everyone is so young! It was nice to have an iron for our shirts after washing them at home, cooking was easy, the tools were all there. Dealing with Jonathan was a pleasure, we efficiently communicated each time. Thank you Jonathan!
