We enjoyed our time at the flat! The location was great for us--close enough to walk to colosseum, or take the metro or the tram. It isn't right in the center (it's right here advertised) and we really liked being more in a real neighborhood. The deli (Volpetti) is a must! The place is huge, with space for several folks (there were only 4 of us, however, because someone cancelled on us) so it was a bit to big. The place is interesting like the photos show and a little funky (a few things seemed to not function great like electrical outlets in the master bedroom didn't work, and a few things are worn). But these are small issues for the cost and location. Daniella (who met us and we dealt with) was fantastic! So nice and helpful, she was great! They list restaurants and things of interest, and Daneilla arranged a car both to and from the airport.
Amazing house and a very warm host in Daniela (Francesca's friend). The house is located very close to the colosseum and other monuments. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
This is a great apartment in Rome at a reasonable price. We had a family of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids) and were very comfortable.
The place is beautifully decorated, the master bedroom is super cool. Common area is spacious. They have lots of maps and travel books for convenience and the WiFi worked great.
It is a residential neighborhood between the Colosseum and Appian Way, with restaurants, taxis, bus stops all nearby. It even has a parking space (not that you need a car)!
Francesca and Rachael were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay again!
This is a large house with 3 separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has exceptionally comfortable bed with good support. Each room has air-conditioning attached to it. It has a large living room and kitchen with all the things you need to make your snacks or any meals you wish for 2 or for 8 people. It's a very comfortable space. The host was not around to meet with us. However, her representative was very accommodating and meet with us to provide us all the information we needed. We could also call her anytime she needed information.
The location of this apartment is about 25 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Five minutes to many restaurants in both directions. Grocery and supermarket for foods and wines are a 5 minutes walk away.
I highly recommend this home away from home.

I regret I was disappointed with this experience. I had been looking forward to our stay as the pictures make the place look beautiful. Great photographer.
First, the hostess was out of town, as was the property manager. We were met by a very nice young woman, but she did not speak English very well at all. During our tour of the flat, we heard the phrase "So sorry. Not working." too often. The air conditioners in the two secondary bedrooms were not working. The toilet in the 1/2 bath was not working. The stove was not working correctly and a certain procedure was required to get it started. Some of the dishes were not clean. A lot of light bulbs were out. The outlet nearest the master bed did not work. To plug in the reading light created a tripping hazard. We decided we could live with all the above, except the non-functioning air conditioners (by the way, bedroom 4 does not have one, so only one bedroom had an air conditioner.) I emailed the hostess the first day. I emailed the property manager later. The only response that I received from either was to ask if I would mind if the property was shown during our stay there. I did not mind. I asked the realtor to call Francesca and tell her to please see to the air conditioners. (Our cell phones were not working properly.) On the last day, Francesca emailed to see if we were out yet, so she was not out of communication.
On the plus side, it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. There is a grocer between it and the apartment. Many restaurants nearby. Lots of room in dining and living area. Internet worked well.
Would not stay there again.
Amazing and huge apartment in great neighborhood of Rome. Many good restaurants and cafes nearby in 5 mins walking. Tram, bus, and metro are all 5-10 mins walking. Daniela met us on the street when taxi driver got lost, if you come by taxi tell taxi driver to drop you on the main boulevard instead because taxi GPS doesn't work with the street. Daniela gave us advice on where to shop and eat. Wish we were staying longer at this home.
This is a large and beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all things a visitor would want to see in Rome. We were a small group, but I could see this as a perfect place for a larger group as it has a great outdoor patio and fantastic kitchen and dining area. Our host was most helpful and gave us great advice about the neighborhood shops and dining. Very clean, good laundry facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.
