  • We did really enjoyed our stay at Frank's. The house is very clean, tidy and quiet. We also liked so much the neighbourhood which has all sorts of shops, cafes and bars plus the house is next to the metro and train station so it was easy to reach the centre or get anything we needed to. Fran was really charming and gave us a map and many tips about restaurants, shops and sights on arrival. We will definitely go back to Frank's!!!!

  • Although we didn't get the chance to meet Frank personally, his wife, Soledad, was very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the apartment was situated in a friendly neighbourhood close to the Colosseum and some amazing churches and other popular sight seeing destinations! We would definitely recommend Frank's house to others.

L'appartamento si trova accanto stazione metro, ci vuole solo sorpassar la strada, pure vicino alla stazione Termini - 10 minuti a piedi.Cattedrale di Santa Maria Maggiore in 5-7 minuti a piedi, diciamo l'appatramento si trova in centro. Al mio parere locazione

  • Me and my bf had a great time at Frank's house. He was very hospitable and gave all sorts of useful tip. The house is a 10 minute walk (if you know the way) from the main train station (Termini) which is great. Close by is also a metro (Vittorio Emmanuel) if you were stuck in the rain and did not fancy a walk home (like us). Beautiful apartment and I love that I can put my own stuff at the bathroom. I'd definitely recommend staying at Frank's beautiful house

  • Frank was the consummate host - warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and knowledgable. We regret that our schedule didn't afford us the opportunity to spend more time with him, he was that charming. He took the time when we arrived to sit down with us and show us the essential, as well as the lesser known, places to visit in Rome, as well as tips for making our short stay both memorable and stress free. We understood the city infinitely better after his 15 minute briefing ever, even though we'd spent a few days there only a couple of weeks before. His recommendation of one particular treasure, a little wine bar tucked away and virtually impossible to stumble upon, was one of the highlights of our entire trip (methinks the couple doth imbibe too much...). The room was immaculate, quiet and very conveniently located. Add to that the fact that English is Frank's first language and that he attends to his properties full time, you'll understand why I happily give two big thumbs up and a five star rating. Thanks, Frank!
