Perfect for conventioneers, business trips, Formula 1, ACL, SXSW, or just a leisure visit to the wonderful city of Austin. (Please note that bookings during the Formula 1 week require a minimum 5-night stay rather than the normal 2-night minimum.)
Newly furnished and well appointed with lots of amenities… This condo has a beautiful granite/stainless kitchen, wet bar, cable TV, free WiFi, pool, gated building, secured parking, and much more.
Lots of room… This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds (all plush real pillowtop mattresses). Air mattresses are available upon request. The breakfast bar and 4-top table make a great spot to fire up the laptop and take advantage of the rock-solid WiFi.
Nothing beats the location… One block from the Austin Convention Centerr, 2 blocks from Congress Avenue, 2 blocks from the historic 6th Street entertainment district, surrounded by countless fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance, Starbucks and a sportsbar across the street, 1 block from the Metro Rail, and 4 blocks from the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike jogging trail. The Four Seasons, Driskill, Hilton, Marriott, Omni, and Radison hotels are all nearby.
So many activities nearby… canoe on Lady Bird Lake, catch your favorite band at one of the many great music venues, taste a local brew, tour the Capitol, watch a local comedy show, get mesmerized by the famous Austin bats, shop ‘til you drop, explore The University of Texas campus, tour one of the many museums, catch a flick at the IMAX…

If you are not finding availability for your dates, are wanting to be outside of downtown, or would like a little more space, please consider my other listing. It is a 3/2 house a few blocks north of downtown yet still close to all of the fun. You can view it by clicking on my profile and then selecting "Miracle On 37th St."
* Be respectful of residents/neighbors. Most are owners or long-term tenants. Noise complaints will not be tolerated.
* Smoking on balcony. No smoking indoors
* Please do not use the fireplace.
* If you have a vehicle, it must be parked in space # C4 or it is subject to towing.
* Tidy up prior to departure.
* Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure. Leave the dishwasher door open slightly if the cycle finishes before departure.
* Upon departure, please adjust thermostat to 78 (A/C) or 68 (Heat), depending on outside climate.
