  • We had a great time at Kevin's place in Tahoe. The house is a nice 20 minute walk from Stateline or the beach and near the neighborhood pool. Kevin has clearly labeled all parts of the house to make it easy to find things in the kitchen or use any of the technology in the house.

Our only complaint is that somehow we were short a towel (only 8 total for our party of 9) and there were no other towels to be found in the house. It was a minor issue as we all brought our own beach towels. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and Kevin was fantastically easy to work with throughout our entire booking process.

    Response from Kevin:

Glad you enjoyed! Thats weird about the towel perhaps cleaning staff made a rare miss. There are suppose to be 4 per room (12 total). I'll make sure this isn't an issue in the future and hope to host your group again!

  • The house was in a very quiet area that was secluded yet also easily accessible to restaurants, the lake, and the casinos. We actually walked everywhere we went. The house was the perfect size for seven guests. Great closet space and large living room. I'm happy to say that the kitchen and outdoor grill were excellent since we did a lot of cooking. Kevin was super quick with the communication, very responsive and helped make our stay great. Thanks!

  • Kevin is super easy going and the place was exactly as we anticipated. He made it a very professional experience. My family will remember his place forever and we all had the very best time in beautiful S Lake Tahoe. It was perfect for the kids and my parents.

  • This was my first airbnb experience so I wasn't sure what to expect. Fortunately, Kevin was the perfect host! Kevin's responses to my emails were always lightening fast and very detailed. I felt he genuinely cared about making my stay at the cabin a good one. The cabin is conveniently located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood near Heavenly Village. The cabin itself is spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the wraparound deck. At the end of the weekend, it was hard to leave as the cabin really felt like home. Thanks, Kevin, and I hope to be back again soon.

  • Kevin was very responsive to a few questions we had prior to arriving. He wasn't as up to date as we would have liked on supplies at the house, but it wasn't really a big deal to us especially since some of the stuff we asked about weren't mentioned as being provided by default during the stay. The house was spacious for our group and accommodated the activities we had planned at the house: a BBQ, playing poker and watching a little TV as a group. There are a couple of plumbing oddities to be mindful of and the shower on the main floor doesn't drain particularly well and shows some dirt/wear/tear. If you go during the summer, leave ample time to cool the house down by finding the windows with screens that allow air to move in and out. The location was great for access to pretty much everything with a short drive and a decent .5-1 mi walk downhill then uphill on the way back.

    Response from Kevin:

Glad you enjoyed. The first floor shower is getting a bit old and the nature of the material is paint wearing off not a lack of cleaning for the future guests out there. There are plans to renovate that bathroom over the next 3 - 6 months.

As for temp inside the house fans are in all rooms and as stated above opening the windows will cool down the house. Hope to host you guys again :)

  • Kevin is great to work with. Very responsive. Place was also very nice and VERY well organized. Probably the most organized I have ever seen on AirBnB. Stayed there with my family and had a great time. Highly recommended.

  • This was the most spontaneous trip I've ever gone on. Spotted this house at dinner time, and got a response within minutes! Kevin was very accommodating and helped as much as he could. The house was charming - perfect for the spontaneous trip that our group was after. The instructions for maintaining the house were pretty clear, too. There were labels around the house to help you and remind you about things. I didn't realize that the pool and hot tub were not part of the house until we got there. I should have read the description. But all in all, it was very convenient doing business with Kevin, and the place is perfect for any group.

    Response from Kevin:

Glad you enjoyed! For future guests as indicated in the description the private community hot tub (fits 14), pool, and sauna are 1/2 block away.

  • The house was better than expected. Everything was just as described and anything you could have possibly needed was clearly labeled. The garage access was perfect for cleanly getting in and out of the house without having to worry about tracking melting snow/mud all over the house! The house is in a nice quiet area close enough to the bright lights of Stateline, but far enough that you feel like you are in your own little world. I would not hesitate to book with Kevin again!

    Appreciate the kind words!
