About this listing
Fantastic house surrounded by nature. If you love the country side this is the place to be. Huge garden at the edge of a sleeping village. No stress. The seasonable fruits are all yours.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but that is not all. Living room, dining room, childrensroom and huge lounge where your can perform courses, as yoga, painting ......
And of course there is a kitchen and entrance. Don't forget the roofed terrace, which is my favourite place.
Due to the climate it is only rentable from May to October.
Heating by wood stoves.
In case you don't like to cook, there are restaurants at a distance of 7 km in Zsilvasvarad or in Eger 30 km.
Spa's are found in Eger and surroundings.
Don't forget wine tasting. Eger region is famous for it's bulls blood wine "Bikaver".
The Bukk national park is very close by, where you can go hiking.
The village has a small shop but in Ozd (15 km) you 'll find Tesco (24hrs) Interspar (8 to 20hrs) and Lidle (8 to 20hrs) for your daily needs.
At first glance things look a little rough but as you look carefully it's easy to find tresures. Enjoy!
The complete house and garden.
Interaction with Guests
I am happy to asnwer your questions by email.
Small rural village, very quiet, with slow pace of life. Lot's of space when you compare it to citylife.
Nature surrounds you.
Having your own transport is very convenient.
Appreciate hospitality, have respect for nature and local customs.
The house is spacious, well equipped and children friendly.
Rooms are spacious, and the wooden floor is not noisy!
The shower is big and comfortable, there are many towels as well.
There is also a nice yard, allowing even to light some fire.
The kitchen is small and not easy to work in.
It was difficult to find the house, we recommend to arrive early, not at the evening time. The location on map is not accurate, make sure to set the meeting with the host before arriving to the village (we had a hard time finding her and the house).
In addition, there is not much to do around the area and it require long rides to any close city or attraction besides the nature reserve (which is great).
About the Host, Annie
I am an independant woman and mother. Traveling, reading and following my dreams are my goal. So far I materialised many things, such as my house in Csernely. My next step is to build a natural swimming pool. For the long term future: when I have reached my pension I like to stay in Csernely during summer and a operate B&B.
Love meeting people and cooking!
