Interaction with Guests
We are always available by email or phone for our guest. We always try to answer the question and solve the problem in the moment.
Remind to read the house rules. We integrate all the details, phones numbers... etc. We have (email hidden) filled with info on the page of the house.
Do not hesitate to contact us by email if you have any question.
We highly recommend Valras for the Wine and the cultural tourism. There is plenty of vineyard in the region and also typical village of the history of France around like Cathar castles, painting tradition…etc. What I most like is enjoy the little market and taste the product of the region.
The train station, Beziers, is at 15 km from the house.
There is a bus (line 16) from Beziers and Valras Plage who cost only 50 cents and stop in front of the house. (time travel 30min)
Airport: Vias/Beziers at 15 km from the house
Other Things to Note
PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
PHOTO AND BIO: For security reasons, we don't pre-approve enquiries without a face photo (so we know the person who shows up is the person who booked). No exceptions, it's nothing personal. Please also make sure either your enquiry or profile says a bit about you - your interests, job, reason for travelling to France etc. "Hi Mathias and Tiphanie my name is X from Y your home looks great is it available these dates" will not suffice :-)
PRE-APPROVAL: Reservation is made at time of payment. A "preapproval" just gives you permission to book the room. It does NOT reserve the room for you. I may pre-approve several enquiries for the same
We ask you to understand and respect the sentimental value that it is for us. We hope that our future generation will be able to enjoy the « Villa Sita", so it is very important to us that you take care of the house and also of the furnitures and the objets. We’ll share with you the old desk of our great-grandfather, the objects that our father brought to each of his trips and the furnitures of our grandmother and father… etc. Please if you are not able to understand and respect it, abstain of making any reservation.
