Beautiful Hawaiian style extra large lanai studio condo over looking the aqua blue Pacific Ocean. The only thing you see is ocean, palm trees, spinner dolphines, whales, yellow tang fish and turtles.
Enjoy your stay in paradise in this oceanfront, fully equipped studio
condo. Watch for dolphins and whales, while seeing turtles and fish in the waves--all from the extra large front lana'i (porch). Sunsets over the ocean every evening end the day perfectly. This unit is located 4 miles south of Kailua-Kona, and sits between White Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park. So whether you enjoy boogie boarding, snorkeling, or watching hula on the grass it is all a short walk away. In addition, there is an oceanfront swimming pool and barbecue area for your enjoyment. The unit has cable TV and wireless internet. One queen size comfortable wall bed inside and a full size futon on the lana'i. A restaurant is on site and the trolly stops right across the street. A laundry room is on the premise. Owners live 20 minutes away and are able to answer questions or help if needed. Happy travels!

I love the ocean that is right in front of you! Just to sit on the lanai and enjoy the waves and watching the fish and the turtles, total relaxation! Magic Sands beach is right next door and is a wonderful way to start you day with a cup of coffee in hand.
A trolly stops right in front of the condo. $2.00 a ride will take you around town and to the shops. You can park your car in your own reserved parking space right next to the building. It is 20-30 minutes south of the airport.
Other Things to Note
This condo has an extra large lanai that faces straight on the ocean. The view is amazing! Eating meals on this lanai is fantastic!
No smoking, but we do have a smoking area, no pets, Quiet time 9:30pm to 8:00am
