Lux farm house on 230 acres sleeps 7+. Relax or jump into farm fun with our friendly staff who care for sheep, goats, horses, hens, pigs and cuddly barn cats. Hiking trails, creeks, free farm tour, and pond compliment a large yard, porches, and a deck with gas grill overlooking the scenic farm views. TV, wifi, internet - we have it all. Guided fishing, horseback riding, swimming, and biking may be available nearby. Soy-free, organically-fed farm eggs are in the fridge for your breakfast.

The space
Four beautiful bedrooms with exquisite hand-ironed linens compliment three full bathrooms. A large fully-equipped country kitchen offers two sinks, 2 dishwashers, stove, ovens, washer/dryer. Large dining room seats 10. A cozy den offers comfy couches and a large screen TV. Decks and porches offer great places to view the farm and enjoy the outdoors. A gas grill is included for outdoor grilling. Fabulous views of pastures, barns, forests and farm animals. It's cozy enough for a quiet retreat for 1 or 2 people and large enough for fun gatherings of friends and family. A large yard overlooks a 230-acre farm. Friendly farm staff provide a great tour and are available to help you interact with nature and our farm animals. Perfect for leaving the city behind!

Guest access
Whether you are single, a couple, family or friends, you'll enjoy the entire home. Trails, a pond, creeks, and 230 acres of beautiful organically-minded farmland with sheep, goats, hens, pigs, horses, and the friendliest barn cats ever. Fire up the grill for an outdoor dinner and build a fire in the fire pit. Bring your bikes, light hiking gear, and casual clothing to enjoy fishing, picnics, and unlimited outdoor fun, or cozy up inside for a get-away with friends and family. Farm staff can help you interact with animals, but we ask that you not enter any gates on your own.

Other things to note
Housekeeping is available for longer stays at $125 per cleaning. For long term stays of more than 1 week, housekeeping every other week is required.

Be sure to look at mailboxes along the road for house number. Our guest house number (2345) is displayed on a white mailbox across the street from the house and driveway. There is also a Waverly Farms sign at the entrance to the driveway. The house is two story beige with black shutters and a red door.
