The pool is not heated; spa heat is included in your stay. Please note that air temperature and wind speeds can affect the spa's heating speed and water temperature fluctuations.

Our pool maintenance visits twice weekly to ensure cleanliness without disrupting your stay. Tuesdays and Fridays.

Due to the steep driveway, boats, toys, and non-SUV vehicles are welcome to park on the street level below the home. If parking on the street, please park close to the dirt road to avoid traffic interference and violations.

Quiet hours in Lake Havasu City are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be aware of noise disturbances to avoid potential booking issues.
