The space
Relax at this private home, with stunning views of Desecheo Island, only 35 minutes from the Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla or 2.5 hours from the Luiz Munoz airport (SJU) in San Juan. Almendro’s Beach is a short 5-minute drive and is a great swimming beach for the whole family or for those sunset walks. Also, within a 5-minute drive are the necessary grocery stores, gyms, gas stations, and restaurants. Come enjoy the surfing capital of the Caribbean with world-class surfing at Dogman’s, Domes, Sandy, Steps, and Maria's Beach. All of which are within a 10-minute drive.
The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet, double sinks, a shower, and exterior doors that lead to the patio and pool area. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed. The 4th bedroom also has a queen size bed and exterior doors that lead to the patio and pool area. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people but can accommodate up to 10 people for an extra fee with the sleeper sofa in the living room. This is an ideal property for extended families and friends traveling together. The saltwater pool is one of the largest private pools in Rincón!
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, wine fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig machine, mocha pot, pots and pans, cups, plates, utensils, and other comforts of any home. The home is in excellent condition and has public water and power. In case of emergency, the house has a backup generator in the event of a power outage and reserve water in the cistern in case of a water outage. The property is fully fenced-in. This spacious house comes fully equipped with snorkeling sets, beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrellas, beach towels, BBQ grill, pool and kids’ toys, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Wi-Fi, and two 55” Smart TVs.
The saltwater pool is perfect for accommodating the entire family for a pool day or full moon swim as it is 13' by 36' wide and 4'-8' deep. The dedicated pool deck stays cool to the touch even during the hottest of Caribbean sunny days because of the Corallina tile. Fall asleep on a lounge chair by the pool, while listening to the sound of birds and Puerto Rico’s famous Coqui frogs. Enjoy barbequing with friends and family on the patio and enjoy the outside dining table for dining alfresco while you enjoy the sunset sky. Head out to the many local restaurants and bars within a short driving distance such as Bakku, Pa’l Monte, Parrilleria Vacas Gauchas, Gastropark@115, Ricomini Bakery, and Tip Top Ice Cream.
