Historic Georgian Redbrick, lovingly restored and extensively modernised. The best of Georgian and contemporary design.
It was very easy to communicate with Sarah. She always answered our emails promptly. Sarah meet us at the apartment, showed us around and had a book with specific instructions of the house and area. She even bought us a care pack of grocery items in the fridge. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the Spanish Tapas restaurant she recommended for dinner and it was a short walk to the Luas for an easy light rail ride into Dublin. The ride into Dublin was only 10-15 minutes very easy. Overall, great experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah's lovely flat. She greeted us with warmth and a fridge stocked with delicious goodies. The flat exceeded our expectations. Our family of four easily settled into the beautiful space and enjoyed the tastefully appointed apartment with amazing amounts of light. The Luas (metro train) is literally 3 minutes away, making Dublin accessible at a very low cost.
Thank you for your generous hospitality.
This is a lovely converted cottage as described in the listing - airy and bright with great design features. My only issue was finding the bedroom a bit warm in August. Dundrum itself is a lively and attractive suburb of Dublin and the cottage is a couple of minutes walk from the LUAS station which is easy to navigate and takes you to the city centre (St Stephen's Green) in 15 minutes.
Sarah was very welcoming and kept in touch. We did have a confusion over time of arrival, which was a temporary setback.
Translation: First experience with Airbnb very positive! Sarah's house is charming and cozy, in a quiet street just minutes from shops and restaurants and the Dublin city center is easily accessible by the Luas. Very cute little courtyard where you can relax after a day at the center. Thanks Sarah for having always responded to my emails before and during the holiday!
This is great place to stay. Beautiful house. We stayed there on 18-20 July 2015 and enjoyed the place.
Sarah's place was even more impressive in person. She has a very fun and beautiful home to enjoy.
The location next to the Luas station was perfect for my commute to work and sightseeing.
Exceeded our expectations!

About the Host, Sarah
I am delighted to welcome you to Victoria Terrace. I hope you love it as much as I do!
I've signed up to Airbnb for many reasons. Firstly my friends say I'm a born hostess! I love to have people in my home. I have put my heart and soul into renovating it, and want as many people as possible to enjoy it as possible. I've always loved the idea of running my own boutique hotel, so this is like a really mini version of that.
Also, I love to travel. I work freelance, and love the freedom that gives me. The joy of living in 2015 is that with my laptop, at certain stages of projects I can work from just about anywhere in the world with internet, which means my house, is free for you to enjoy.
I also have a separate listing for my spare bedroom for when I am in town.
Looking forward to welcoming you!
