*** LOCATION ***
Maiselova street is located in the Jewish Quarter, one of the most charming parts of the Old Town. The Jewish Quarter in Prague, known as Josefov, is located between the Old Town Square and the Vltava River. Its torrid history dates back to the 13th century.
Basically you won’t need transport to get to the main sights from the place at all! But in case you’d need it, that’s very easy – metro station is one block away, as well as the tram stop.
There are several shops and great restaurants 2 minutes from the doorstep. Famous shopping street Parizska is 1 minute walk and Dlouha and Dusni streets, famous for party time are 3 minutes walk!!
Our apartment itself is very cozy and filled with light. It’s fully renovated with huge kitchen with dining place, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and an entrance hall. You’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay with us: kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine and a lot of storage space. Perfect location, great food and drink recommendations and a very confortable bed!! Highly recommend!
Yeah I have to agree I can't imagine it getting any better than staying here. The location is perfect and the flat is updated and very clean, but still really cosy & full of old world charm. They really have thought of everything - from the curated hit list on Prague to the particulars (like a blow dryer & full length mirror -yay)! Monika was awesome - super friendly and inviting. She was so helpful when I had to make last minute changes to my trip. Just book this flat before someone beats you to it.
We stayed at Monika's place for two nights and our experience has been excellent. The room was big and comfortable with a great view of Pariska Street. If you are looking for a great location in Prague that is walking distance everywhere then this is the place for you. Close to shops, restaurants, and the Old Town Square. Thanks Monika for being such a wonderful host!!!
The room was very spacious, clean, and bright. Monika and Jaroslav were nice and accommodating, probably the most helpful hosts we have ever had!
Jaroslav was very helpful during check-in, showing us all of the best places to see in Prague and provided a map. The location is very central, in the heart of the Jewish quarter, and a short walk to many other sites.
As a heads up, we could not get the internet to work on our Samsung devices, but our Apple devices worked fine.
The room was perfect but the rest of the apartment was a bit cluttered and messy. This wasn't much of a problem since we did not spend much time in the apartment, but it's worth mentioning.
Monika and Jaroslav were extremely helpful to get us a taxi very early in the morning, which was appreciated!
They provided plenty of brochures and information for everything you could want to do in Prague. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other travelers.
Monika and Jaroslav were wonderful! They were very prompt with returning messages and Monika was great in offering help from the airport.
I had many questions when I arrived and they were all answered quickly and without fuss.
The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Great location and wonderful hosts! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the city center, with local knowledge on tap in the next room!
