Welcome to Summer By The Sea 1, a renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex on a quiet Pompano Beach street, a 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) to the sand. Guests call it one of the best stocked Airbnbs they have stayed in: spotless, with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler included. Walk to Publix, restaurants, and shops. Great for families, with a high chair, pack n play, and stroller on hand. Sleeps 5 with a king bed, a full and a twin, a sofa bed, a full kitchen, and in unit laundry.

Hi, we're Rick and Patricia. This recently renovated duplex has hosted over 150 stays with a 4.97 rating, and guests keep telling us the same three things: it's spotless, it's quiet, and it's fully stocked. We built Summer By The Sea 1 to feel like a real home away from home, not just a place to sleep.
Location
You're in a quiet, family friendly pocket of Pompano Beach, an easy walk to Publix, restaurants, and shops, and about a 5 minute drive (or a scenic 20 minute walk) to the beach. We keep beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler ready to go so you can pack light and head straight to the sand.
Living Room
Bright and open, with a 75 inch TV for movies and game nights, comfortable seating for the whole group, and a dining table with room for everyone.
Bedrooms
The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin, great for kids or a third guest. Both rooms have their own TV.
Kitchen
Brand new appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal, from pots and pans to spices, coffee, and basic condiments.
Bathroom
One well appointed bathroom with a large walk in shower.
Backyard
A private paved patio with a natural gas grill (no propane tanks to swap out), string lights, and a dining table for eating outdoors.
Laundry
In unit washer and dryer, with pods included so you do not have to pack extra.
Stocked for you: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, linens, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towels, sponges, dish detergent, basic condiments, and coffee.

We are pleased to inform you that as a guest of this property, you will have access to the entire unit during your stay. This includes both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry area. Every room has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, and we hope you'll make yourself right at home.
Limited Access Areas

These areas include the supply and utility closets, which are used for storing cleaning supplies, extra bedding, and other necessary items. A few minutes away, Pompano Beach Community Park packs a whole second vacation: 16 lighted clay tennis courts, a dozen pickleball courts, beach volleyball, disc golf, a playground, a one mile walking trail, and the Pompano Beach Aquatic Center with its Olympic size pool. Golfers are covered too, the city's own Pompano Beach Golf Course is close by and its Pines course was designed by Greg Norman.
The beach and boardwalk are a five minute drive, or a twenty minute walk if you feel like earning your beach day. Once you are there, the Fisher Family Pier, the beachfront volleyball courts, and miles of clean sand can fill a whole day. If you would rather leave the car at the house, the free Circuit shuttle runs around the beach district, just download the Ride Circuit app.
Evenings are easy here. Walk to a casual dinner nearby, or drive a few minutes to the beachfront cafes and seafood spots by the pier.
