* Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee. Beds are premade prior to guest arrival

Other things to note
* This home is the B unit of a duplex in which the A unit is occupied. Please be mindful of the boundaries between the two units on the roof and back patio.
* Smoking is NOT permitted on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $300 fee.
* Pets other than dogs are NOT permitted in the house
-> Please make sure dog(s) are included in the guest count when booking (per Airbnb policy). There is a $100 pet fee that is pro-rated among the # of nights during your stay.
-> Limit to 2 dogs
-> Dog business done on the property must be picked up. Failure to do so will results in an extra services cleaning fee.
* Parties and Events are NOT permitted on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $300 fee plus the number of additional guests past the house occupancy limit (7) on the property.
* Landscaping, trash, recycling, and pest control services are utilized during the week to provide for the benefit of our travelers. Please allow their access to the exterior of the house to complete their scheduled work.
* Following your check out the property will be cleaned and inspected for damages, excessive wear and tear or extra cleaning/laundry.
* If extra charges are incurred with our cleaning and maintenance team, or damages, these will be charged to you.
* Early Check-in and Late Check-out: We have the entire space professionally cleaned between guests. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, and in order to do laundry and clean thoroughly, we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a $120 fee. Check-out time is set at 11am, unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.
