The apartment (140 sq.m) is located on the 6th floor in a ten-storey building from the 40`s. The space is filled with sunlight and color.
The apartment is all new and reformed, with design furniture from Studio Bola. As you can see from the photos, the space is comprised of: an entrance, a open kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), a spacious living room with big TV and DVD, a big bedroom with homeoffice, a bathroom (with a large shower and a bathtub), a toilet and service area with washing machine. All necessities for a short stay have been provided: fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom (linen towels, hair-dryer, soap, etc.), sheets, pillows and linens, cable TV and DVD player, etc.
The neighborhood is well serviced by public transport: in walking distance (200mt) is the Avenue 9 de Julho that you can take buses, or go up to the Avanhandava street and take a taxi in front of the restaurants of the street. You can also take the railway at República station or Anhangabaú station walking 15 minutes.
The Avanhandava is a great street with more than 8 restaurants, with good italian and sea food, in the center of São Paulo. The street is also really near of Augusta street, a place to go and have fun, with lots os bars and clubs and a vibrant night live.
Danielle and her husband have a great space and are lovely hosts. There is a construction site across the street which poses some challenges. The house is gorgeous though and a great value!
It was my first time as a guest in AirBnB. I made an inquiry in this very nice apartment and I was gladly surprised to receive a positive answer for the dates I was looking for. Check-in was great, everything worked fine and apartment is amazing. Danielle has a very good taste and my stay was superb. I even checked-in the week after with my girlfriend and she's very happy with it. Danielle was quick to respond. I strongly recommend her and her apartment.
Danielle's place is very bright and stylish, in a central location. I stayed here while on business and found it much more pleasant and affordable than equivalent 4 or 5 star hotels. It is down the street from the Familia Mancini restaurants and a 14 minute walk to the Anhangabou Metro on the Red Line.
Danielle's friend, Rafael, was there to give me the keys and was helpful throughout the stay. Even when the keys broke in the lock one night, he was there to fix it within an hour.
Stylish, bright and airy
Compact but fully furnished kitchen
Lots of space for a 1 bedroom
Friendly and efficient service
Water heats up very slowly
Major construction site across the street (7am-5pm)
