  • Sachiko is the definition of a gracious hostess. She is very kind and a truly genuine person; who has the ability to make you feel relaxed the second you meet her. Her rented room was clean and comfortable with a comfy little bed. Her apartment is conveniently located close to the famous Soho shopping area, Houston Street where you can find the world’s best bagels and not far from Penn Station. If I were to visit New York again I would definitely stay with Sachiko.

  • I saw Sachiko only the first night but she is well organized so there is no problem at all. It's a great neighborhood and a fair price! And Sachiko is a very friendly and nice host.

  • Sachiko was very pleasant and always helpful with directions and places nearby to dine at. The room was clean, towels were left on the bed and everything worked out well. I usually sleep with ear plugs and they came in handy when patrons from a restaurant from across the street came or euleft the restaurant as they were usually a little loud. Nevertheless, Sachiko's apartment is one subway ride to the Guggenheim and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, 4 or 5 blocks to Chinatown and Little Italy. So her apartment is very central to the subway lines. Great value in a great place to stay. Thanks Sachiko. I'll be back.

  • Thank you Sachiko for such a lovely stay!

Sachiko's apartment was very nice and bright, with a warm and welcoming vibe. Its kept clean and was also pretty quiet, I slept great for that reason. Its situated in an ideal location too. As a host Sachiko was super nice and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this stay!

  • This was my first airbnb experience and Sachiko was a great host! She was very friendly and offered many tips for visiting the city. The room is exactly as in the picture, very bright and sunny. At night it can get a bit noisy because of the single glass windows, but in an old building that's to be expected. Would go back any time.
