This compact but perfectly designed 4th floor pied a terre (no lift/elevator) has two double bedrooms and bathrooms with Molton Brown toiletries & White Company towels & linen. The apartment has recently been entirely refurbished. The master bedroom with its own TV has a king size bed & en suite shower room whilst the second bedroom, with a queen size/standard double bed, has its own separate bathroom. There is fast free unlimited Virgin Media high speed WiFi, new Sony Bravia satellite TVs with free Netflix together with a DVD player for your use. The brand new kitchen with Bosch appliances (professional gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer) as well as Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge freezer & microwave.
The very quiet flat is in the exclusive Onslow estate of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with beautiful square gardens & grand pillared Victorian houses where past prime ministers have lived as well as literary giants such as William Makepeace Thackeray. You will be conveniently located between the Fulham Road with all the fashionable bars, restaurants & boutiques of Chelsea & the Old Brompton Road with Christie's auctioneers, local food shops & cafes leading further to Knightsbridge with Harrods & Harvey Nichols & the serious luxury shopping of Sloane Street. The flat is less than a 10 minute walk from the greatest museums of London; the Victoria & Albert Museum, Science Museum & Natural History Museum, you are a pleasant 15 minute walk to either Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall for concerts or Kensington Gardens to visit Kensington Palace where Diana, Princess of Wales lived. The world renowned university faculties of Imperial College and The French Lycee are a 10 minute walk away too.
You are brilliantly positioned for transport. You are only an 8 min walk to either South Kensington & Gloucester Road tube stations which are perfect to take you direct on the Piccadilly line to/from all Heathrow Airport's terminals (approx. 55 mins) whilst other destinations are served by the Circle and District lines straight to the financial City and perfectly located for shopping e.g. Knightsbridge & Sloane Square are only one 3 min stop from South Kensington station. Local buses & tube will also take you easily and directly to the major tourist sites e.g. Piccadilly, Royal Academy of Arts, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square & the National Gallery, Covent Garden & Theatreland. To save you the pressure of rushing to a check in & check out the keys are arranged to be left in a secure key safe at the property. Your unique access code will be sent to you the week before your visit.

What can we say! You will be staying in one of the best residential areas of London in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Surrounded by grand Victorian architecture and amazingly close proximity to our greatest museums. It is very safe area with an international European flavour & still retains its own character with lots of independent shops and restaurants and even has a Saturday farmers market nearby.
You have fantastic transport on your doorstep - choices of buses at the top & bottom of the street & only an 8 minute walk to either South Kensington or Gloucester Road tube stations to access the London Underground all over the city as well as easy direct links to & from Heathrow airport on the Piccadilly line of the Tube.
To save you the trouble on arrival a nicely stocked welcome pack of breakfast cereals, milk, bread, fruit juice, butter, biscuits, tea & coffee are all provided & included in the price as well as a welcome bottle of wine.
You will have the exclusive use of the entire apartment. You are welcome to use anything considerately in the kitchen cupboards and fridge apart from the cupboard above the microwave & in the freezer. If you finish something please leave a note so it can be replaced easily. Washing powder & dishwasher tablets are all included too as well as cleaning materials etc.

The very central location has great proximity to major museums and local independent shops and vibrant restaurants. The area is international but retains the quintessential character of Kensington & Chelsea with grand Victorian architecture and quieter leafy garden squares but surrounded by the convenience of excellent transport links & local shops, cinemas & numerous good restaurants of all prices.

- STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside and no pets. No parties please out of respect for the neighbours.
- Please report any breakages and any damage immediately so it can be dealt with promptly and in a friendly way.
- Outdoor furniture to be kept covered when not in use and to avoid a cleaning fee; the English weather can be so unpredictable!
- It would be appreciated if shoes are not worn inside due to the new carpets - thanks.
This is a much enjoyed private home too and newly refurbished so do enjoy it but your good care of it will be expected and much appreciated. Thanks!
