- Guest Bedroom: 1 Triple Bunk with balcony

- Guest Bedroom: 1 King bed (organic mattress) and one single twin.

- We offer 2 comfortable, tri-fold mattresses for a small fee that allows you to sleep 12.

If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please contact Carts of Carlton.
Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. However, we offer 2 kayaks for guests to enjoy complimentary!
