My apartment is one block to Sunset beach in English Bay. Off of Pacific St. and backing onto vibrant Davie St. holding restaurants, bars, and shopping. So much to do in this area and steps to the sea wall. The apartment is very quiet with a garden view balcony so you can expect a great night's sleep! It is pet friendly, and although I do not have a pet, I would make an exception if you'd like to bring yours along.
Apartment is 700 sq. feet., clean with nice furnishings. Including a plasma screen TV and Cable & PRV box, wireless internet, full kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances. Large bedroom with queen sized bed, clean linens, and a small desk if you need to get work done on the go.
Enjoy a free bottle of wine, and indulge in the AMAZING Nespresso machine. Makes the most delicious espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes.
Free underground parking is available, as well as free parking on the street.
Public transportation is everywhere!
This is a unique location to be in as it is steps away from the ocean, and within a couple blocks of shopping and dining.

I love my neighbourhood, it is very friendly and pet friendly! Easy to access all parts of the city and beautiful views of the sunset and waterfront. I am SO close to Davie Street which is jam-packed with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and shopping. Only a couple more blocks down and you'll reach the famous shopping district of Robson street.
I recommend getting into the city from the airport by taking the Skytrain to the Yaletown Roundhouse Station and then taking a quick cab (under $10) to my apartment.
Once here, walking by foot to getting around the city is very convenient, or using a bike. There are local buses as well.
2 guests maximum and I prefer to book a minimum of two nights. Absolutely no smoking
Not a party building, noise should be kept to a minimum in respect for neighbours.
Laundry is shared, and located on floor 2.
Kayla was very accessible and quick to answer any inquiries that I had. The suite was in an excellent neighborhood - close to many restaurants and within walking distance to downtown
Good location in downtown Vancouver. It's well connected to the convention center (bus 6 or 22), has amenities within walking distance and a good connection to the airport (C23 + Canada Rail). The apartment is pretty large for a 1 bedroom, kitchen well suited with appliances. If you plan to stay in the apartment you will enjoy the ridiculously large TV you'll find, but I recommend you go out and enjoy the walking/running around the beach (two blocks away) and Stanley park (10 minute run).
Good option for downtown Vancouver!
Kayla is very prompt and responsive to questions about the apartment and the area. The neighborhood is perfect for a central location to explore Vancouver. Easy access to English Bay, Sunset Beach, Yaletown, Davie, Robson, Granville, Kits, Stanley Park , etc. The walled in garden off the balcony provided a quite place in the midst of the busy city. Close to public transportation. Nicely appointed IKEA apartment with everything you need on holiday.
Nice and clean apartment. Good location; Close to beaches, downtown and false creek ferry. If we were to come back, we would definitely stay there again.
Our stay in Vancouver at Kayla´s apartment was wonderful!
Her apartment is decorated with exquisite taste and is located in one of the best part of Vancouver, just one block from the beach and in the other direction a few blocks of David St and Robson St where you can find lots of restaurants and shops.
When we get back to Vancouver (and we would love to return ...) we will stay in Kayla´s apartment .
It's been a great time at Kayla's place. The apartment looks so welcoming and nice, we just felt like home kind of. We got a list of nice things to do in Vancouver which was good to have. The apartment is just a doorstep to the beach (English bay) and only a minutes walk to the ferries which go to Granville Island, Yaletown etc. It's also just a few minutes to Robson Street and pretty close to Stanley Park. Even if Kayla wasn't there personally everything with the keys and communicating over the internet worked out quite well. We just loved staying at Kayla's place and would love to stay there again once we make it to Vancouver someday again.
Kayla's apartment couldn't be in a better location. Steps from the beach, walking distance to everything in the West End... and Parking to boot! Kayla is easy to coordinate with and made planning this trip a breeze.
