Other things to note
The County of San Luis Obispo requires the "Transient Occupancy Tax" (TOT) of 12% to be added on to each reservation. The TOT will be added into the quote upon inquiry, or total upon booking. Our apologies for the inconvenience and feel free to message us with any questions or concerns.
We set check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. We do our best to accommodate early check in and late checkout requests however.
There are just a hand full of basic house guidelines. There will also be a hard copy of this list in the welcome binder.
We ask that you please:
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! Including moving the furniture and putting it back before you leave. The only exceptions being the regular chairs and the air mattress. The furniture is fragile and the wood floors scrape very easily.
Have shoes off in the house at all times.
Only use the provided foam golf balls in the yard.
Do not take amenities with you, including the shampoos and conditioners.
Read the instructions if you plan to use the Le Creuset pots and pans, and PLEASE clean them immediately after use!
Turn the heater off if you are out for the day
Do your best to pick up droppings on the lawn if you brought a pet.
If you use the grill, please do your best to leave it clean
Thanks in advance!
Hmm five things I can't live without? it's tough to choose just five but I guess I'd have to narrow it down to flying, the ocean, music, traveling, and of course my family and friends. I'm from southern Calfornia so I visit there quite a bit, but some other places I enjoy visiting include Texas, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Costa Rica, and Oklahoma. I particularly enjoy a wide variety of classic rock but have also gotten into some more modern electronic music. I can't remember the last movie I watched but I did just finish the excellent breaking bad series. I also enjoy running, hiking, and sailing on lake mission viejo. If there is anything I have learned in life, it's that it has a funny way of showing us things.
