  • We spend a week in this lovely appartment. Everything you need is on the place, we enjoyd the walk distance to the Vatican ( we visited this 4 times!!) including the personal guiding for our visit in the vatican museum and Sixtijnse chapel by Nicola. The most of the time spend we out of the appartment, because we had a verry good wheater in november. Nicola was us verry helpfull with information about the highlights and travelinfornation.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed at Nicola and Gianni's apartment for 4 night recently. We found them both to be very friendly and helpful with giving us ideas about great restaurants and bars to check out during our stay. We loved their apartment. It was clean and tidy and had great character. The apartment is very close to public transport which made it easy to get around and enjoy Rome. I would highly recommend staying at Nicola and Gianni's place. They are great hosts! We had a fantastic time.

  • We stayed at Nicola & Gianni's apartment for 3 days and had a great time. They were there to greet us on arrival and gave us some info to help us get oriented. They were very nice & helpful. We were in contact with Nicola throughout the trip via text for questions/tips and she was quick to get back to us. We also took a private walking tour with Nicola which was great. The tour was very informative & she is a fun guide - we are not typically interested in taking tours, as we like to explore on our own, but it was totally worth it.

  • We stayed at Nicola's place for 9 days in April. The apartment is totally fabulous, there is everything you need or even more. Very home-like, cozy place, about 20 minutes walk away from the Vatican.
The small bar next door is very nice, got my cappucino there each morning :)

Nicola and Gianni were very helpful and nice. Best hosts ever :)

I think I should come back once again.

  • Me and my wife Dina spent 9 days in Nicola and Gianni’s apartment. We enjoyed staying here. It’s a nice place with many little details which makes it cozy and special. We felt like home from the first minutes. There is everything you need in the apartment and even more. We found a bottle of wine and some food for breakfast (fruits, yoghurts, bread, butter, milk, jam, cookies, and juice).

The location is a bit aside from tourist places, but it’s easy to get to the main attractions by bus or metro in 15-20 minutes. If you buy an integrated ticket you can use buses/metro/trains to get anywhere in the city, including the two main airports and the seashore.

There is a large supermarket nearby, a small shop with fresh fruits and vegetables, several restaurants. We especially liked the Pasticceria Siciliana Svizzera and Risky Point restaurant.

Nicola and Gianni were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. They recommended us several good restaurants and gave us much useful information about the city. Thanks so much!

  • My friend Marina and I stayed in Nicola and Gianni's apartment in Rome for four days in March'2013. Nicola and Gianni are awesome hosts - they are young, dynamic and so in love with their beautiful city! They were very helpful throughout our stay, feel free to ask them about the cool places to see and the lovely cafes/bars to visit (we can personally recommend "Pasticceria Siciliana Svizzera" which is right around the corner - such a perfect place for breakfasts!).

The apartment is located in a quiet and pretty area. Vatican is about 15-20 minutes walk from the place. The bus stop is just around the corner; there's also a metro station near Vatican, so it won't be a problem to get to the heart of the city.

The apartment itself is very cosy and tidy, rather spacious, with a lot of personal touch. At first sight, the bed might seem a little hard, but it's very comfortable. Nicola and Gianni were kind enough to leave us some food (croissants, tea, marmalades, yogurts, butter, juice, milk), but in case you need something there's a supermarket in 1-2 minutes walk from the flat.

If you are looking for a great sunny apartment with all conveniences in non-tourist part of Rome, but located close to city's main attraction - you should definitely choose Nicola and Gianni's flat!

  • Nicola and Gianni were great hosts. We had a great time in Rome staying at their very nice apartment which offered all amenities you could think of. You can get to the city center with either bus or metro within minutes without sacrificing the quitenes of the neighbourhood. And if you have any questions regarding Rome, Restaurants, Bars, sightseeing or Italy in generall, Nicola and Gianni have tons of great tips and advises for you (we loved the Pizza Resto and the Beer bar). Definitely a 100% recommendation!

  • We just spent a wonderful week at N&G's. We felt completely at home... the flat was a relaxing oasis from the grind of Rome, and was in a quiet area with everything you'd need within 60 seconds walk (supermarkets, places to eat, a great patisserie and the best ice-cream I've ever tasted). We had trouble dragging ourselves away to see the sights of Rome! And Nicola and Gianni were full of tips for places to eat and drink, how to get around, etc. Thank you so much Nicola & Gianni!!!
