Some restaurants are within a mile but having your own transportation will give you more choices.
You have a private entrance at the far end of the carport. You can come and go as you like. Feel free to use the outside back yard seating area.

I will respond to every message and inquiry. AIRBNB response rate percentage is set up that every message needs to be answered even if a response is not needed, otherwise the response rating goes down.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are no through streets in Colewood Acres in this 2 street community. I have Well water which has been tested to be pure.
There is a bus at the end of our street that will take you to Downtown. Route 15 / WakeMed
Please no smoking inside the house. Feel free to relax outside on the patio or near the rock garden. Check out times will vary depending on availability but I am flexible if needing extra time. 1 space will be available for you under the carport where your private entrance is located.
This was a perfect set-up for our quick trip to Raleigh. The listing and pics are completely accurate. Brian was an exceptional host and ridiculously quiet upstairs. The fresh flowers were a great touch and we actually got to see the cat as we were leaving this morning. Thanks Brian.
Brian was very kind and accommodating to us during out stay. The room was perfectly equipped to meet all of our needs: washer/dryer, board games, fully stocked bathroom, Netflix, etc. It was such a pleasure; we highly recommend him.
We loved staying in Brian's place - he really did provide just about everything we could have possibly wanted or needed, including games, coffee+cream, ice, you name it! The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood peaceful, which meant I finally got some much-needed rest. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to the area (which I hope to do, as Raleigh is delightful)!
Lots of space, very comfortable, and Brian was very polite. We really only used it to sleep, but found it to be exactly what we needed, where we needed it.
Brian's home was great. It was clean, quiet, and in a calm neighborhood. Brian had two beds available, a coffee maker, a fridge, and a shower. He also provided board games. Very welcoming.
The neighborhood was quiet and felt completely safe. Directions were spot on and we had no trouble finding Brian's house. The key was where it was suppose to be and we let ourselves in. The apartment was spacious, clean, and felt like home away from home. Brian came to see us shortly thereafter and was very pleasant and easy to engage in conversation. A nice guy! A little later Brian brought us a plate of sliced cheese topped with tomato and mint. We would happily stay here again.
