It is located in the heart of Greenwood which is a neighborhood in North Seattle with great walkability to many restaurants, bars & shopping and transit lines. We are also a short 15 minute drive to downtown, Green Lake, Ballard and many other fine neighborhoods. If you have a car, the parking is all free street parking and its always easy to find a spot within a block.
Whether you are in town for business or pleasure… or if you are local and just looking for a “get-away” the room is a great choice and excellent value compared to local hotel options of the same caliber.

Anthony and Cordelia were fantastic hosts. The place was clean, cute and very comfortable. The neighborhood had an abundance of amazing food and coffee shops all within walking distance. If you are a coffee lover this location is a dream come true. Being this was my first trip to Seattle I was very happy that downtown and other neighborhoods were easily accessible from Greenwood Village. I would definitely stay here again!
Fantastic property. Immaculately designed and maintained, with food and coffee just around the corner. Radiant heat in bathroom floor, warm and comfortable. Great find.
The apartment was extremely clean with wonderful modern fixtures in the kitchenette and bathroom. Soft towels and basic toiletries were provided. The extremely comfortable bed and heated floors made our trip to Seattle that much more enjoyable! The place is right around the corner from restaurants and great coffee. Overall a great stay!
A beautifully furnished apartment that is close to it all - highly recommended!
This was a second visit to the space for me. It is a great spot. There really isn't anymore that can be said. Enjoyable accommodations. Especially if you plan to be out and about.
Just walk outside and you pretty much can get what you want! A little too close to main road, but overall super hip space and extremely convenient to SO MANY things.
Had an outstanding stay. The place does not disapoint. Clean and very comfortable. Easy to get around town from this convenient location, plus many great places within walking distance.
Really great studio, nicely designed and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend for your stay in Seattle!
We had a wonderful time!!!! The place is very nicely decorated and quaint. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Thanks for being such a great Host!!!
My husband and I stayed at Anthony's stylish Greenwood pied-à-terre for 4 nights over Christmas. Our son lives a few blocks away - in a tiny house - so it was lovely coming back each night to a comfy bed and cozy duvet … and privacy. Once we figured out that the bathroom thermostat actually heated the floor, it was hard to get out out in the mornings. Only the thought of heavenly coffee at one of the two coffee shops within a few steps from our door made us tear ourselves away. The chocolate croissants at Chocolati helped! We could have made our own coffee - Anthony provides a coffee machine and little coffee packets - but, why bother?
We're familiar with the Greenwood area and love it. An eclectic mixture of trendy and tacky, it's lined with interesting places to eat and shop. The Coth Buzzard, my absolutely favorite used book store - they serve coffee too, this is Seattle! - is right across the street. And, if you just need vanilla food, the new and plastic Fred Meyers, is within a few minutes walk.
So, if you relish a few nights spent in a flat that might well appear in Architectural Digest, book here. It's definitely a city place, but you'll love the sense of warmth and serenity and privacy that envelope you as soon as you walk in the door.
Caveat: If you have canine phobia, you might want to avoid. There is a friendly little pooch who will greet you each time you enter and exit. And, two very large - but securely restrained - dogs. Rest assured that no burglars or casual intruders will be bothering you during your stay!
We would definitely return here!
