The house can comfortable host 18 guests overnight.
Floor plan:

- Basement room: queen bed, and twin bed above
- Basement playroom: two couches that you can turn into two queen size beds

1st floor next to the kitchen.

- Queen size bed

2nd floor:

- first room - queen size bed,
- second room - queen size bed
- third room - king size bed
- fourth room - bunk bed: queen size on the bottom, twin size on the top
- fifth room - two bunkbeds: two queen ,two twin

We have quiet, respectful neighbors. Nearby construction is in its final stages, and all major exterior and noise-producing work has been completed. Enjoy our private riverside retreat with a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub.

We will be happy to host your intimate wedding (40 guests max)
$3500 wedding fee includes:

•⁠ ⁠Ceremony seating
•⁠ ⁠Tables and chairs
•⁠ ⁠Tablecloths and Napkins
•⁠ ⁠Assist in setting up and take down

If you would like to rent a tent, additional fee $1800 will be applied.

* If you declined Airbnb’s travel insurance, we strongly recommend purchasing your own through a third-party provider. Please note that our cancellation policy is strict, and we are unable to issue refunds for unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather conditions, illness, or any other travel-related circumstances.
* To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
* All guests should sign the additional agreement before check-in - "Guest Liability Waiver and Release"
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through Airbnb support team
* No shoes in the house
* Smoking is prohibited in the house, including electronic cigarettes. Fine for violation - $1000
* All National Holidays Require 3 nights stay minimum
* Minimum booking age 25 years old.

For your convenience, we offer firewood for cozy nights by the fire $25 per load.
