- No shoes inside. Please leave them by the front to protect our carpet and flooring
- Make sure to use plastic cooking tools with the non-stick pots and pans to avoid scratching the surface.
- If you are here for longer than a week, it would be great if you can feed my plants some water once a week.

Doris this is our first experience with airbnb and staying at your condo has made us a life long client. Your place was perfect, not only was it clean and comfortable, it was so well located. It was in the heart of everything we wanted to do. The views from your apt were wonderful especially at night when the city is lite up. The only downside was, we would have preferred a king size bed however, it was workable. All the best to you and should we travel again to Vancouver we will contact you......Michael and Bill.
Adequate apartment size. Great location. Very easy to get hold of Doris. I was on an exteremely busy work related trip and she was very helpful solving problems. Wish she had a manual inside the house. I had to look for a kettle or a coffee maker. Did not find an iron. Could not configure to gwt the TV working. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body soap. (Wish I had known ahead of time so would have come prepared). Hit my head pretty badly 3 days out of 4 when sitting on the couch placed in front of the kitchen counter that overhangs the couch back. These are all small things but important. It will be great if she would address these.
Great location! We were here during a hot spell so it was very warm even with the AC on. Street noise was prominent and if you aren't used to it you will wake up early! For three days it was a great spot. Would stay here again.
It was very good. The location was good, the apartments was nine and clean. Good communication from host.
Overall a very good experience.
Doris was very responsive and helpful. The key system they use via Key Cafe was pretty awesome! We were a little worried about returning the keys the day we left because our flight was at 7AM, and the cafe opened at 6AM but Doris was nice enough to give us an alternate method of returning the keys.
The location was awesome and had a great view. It's right upstairs from the Chinatown/Stadium stop and if you're into sports, there's no closer place to stay really. Lots of great bars and eats around.
The apartment itself was cozy and very clean. This wasn't a major deterrent for us because were heavy sleepers, but it you're a light sleeper, the subway station is close so it can get noisy when they are breaking. Otherwise, couldn't have found a better place!
My boyfriend and I flew into Vancouver, from New York. I initially asked to drop our luggage off early so we could walk around without our large suitcases. She responded that the check in hours were firm after 4pm because of the cleaning schedule, which I understood. We showed up to a cafe (location to get the key) around 4:15pm, to find out that the cafe was closed. Not only were they closed but the cafe's posted hours were open to 5pm, which would have given us only an hour to pick up the key. She didn't specify this at all and it was a struggle to communicate with her once we were in the city via phone or message. It was a nightmare to walk around with our suitcases for a large portion of the day/evening. After finally getting instructions to walk to another key cafe roughly 10 minutes away, we were able to enter the apartment and found that it was cozy, comfortable, and clean.
The listing was as described, located in downtown Vancouver, close to the subway and easily accessible to most places.
The neighbourhood was fair, there were quite a few homeless people begging around.
There were a number shops, grocery stores and eateries around.

About the Host, Doris
I am from the beautiful little big city of Vancouver, BC! Eating and travelling are my passions and luckily for me, they go hand in hand :)
Our travel style is to stay in one place for longer periods of time so that we can really get a feel of the places we visit. It also allows me to catch up on my reading.
Fav books at the moment: Cutting for Stone, The Shadow of the Wind, The Invisible Bridge, and Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime.
