Interaction with Guests
Unfortunately I am out of the country so I won't have the pleasure of meeting you. The property is managed by our very capable manager Mr. Vijay, who will receive you, hand over the keys and explain anything you need to know.
A relatively quiet and very safe area, it is well connected and close to most places of interest in New Delhi. There are plenty of places within walking distance where one can go out to eat and pick up groceries as well.
Autorickshaws (Tuk Tuks) and taxis can be hailed at any time from the apartments complex main gate. Public buses run on the main road adjacent to the location but I would not recommend taking a bus. The nearest Metro station is just over 2.5 km away.

Please keep the place clean.
Do put back the books after you've read them.
Please switch off the lights and air conditioning when not using the apartment.
We want you to really enjoy your stay.
Nice apartment, well maintained and the manager Mr.Vijay was very helpful. The location is pretty close to all major site seeing spots in Delhi. I have to say I loved the interior decor of the house! Thanks Preethi for hosting us!
My stay in Preeti's studio was very comfortable. The location is great for those who want to get around in South Delhi. Mr. Vijay, the caretaker, proved excellent in taking care of my needs right from my arrival to the departure. As I arrived, there was plenty of information plus breakfast essentials and, importantly, lots of bottles of water.
The apartment is quite spacious for a studio and there is plenty of room to work as well. It was also cleaned on a regular basis. There are bunch of options for food nearby and even in the same complex who deliver when needed. All in all, excellent stay.
The apaprtment was very clean and comfortable, spacious and conveniently located in RK Puram, close to the airport and other South Delhi localities. It was a little cold inside during the Delhi winter, even with an oil heater provided, so you need to be prepared with some woollens and shawls. Local restaurants delivered meals to the apartment, and the food was good. Vijay, the caretaker, was very nice and efficent, and explained everything. A good experience, on the whole.
We had booked Preeti's apartment in New Delhi for the period between the 9th and the 18th of December 2014. Our stay was really bad. Tey host promises breakfast but in fact only provided provisions for breakfast for just one day. Her kitchen floods -- we had to call the plumber and building supervisor at night as the whole place had flooded. During our initial email exchanges (and I have them all to prove) Preeti had said that even though we were leaving New Delhi at midnight (technically that becomes the 19 the of December) we would not have to pay ANY rent for the 19th. On 18th morning, Preeti sent mr. Vijay and asked us to vacate the apartment by 12 noon of the 18th so that they can move in. We were completely taken a back. She then asked us to pay half day rent which she asked Mr Vijay to collect from us as cash. We have asked her for a receipt which she has not provided as yet.
Pray Ms Ghosh, within 24 hours of your arrival when you were offered a full refund of your booking (twice) because of obvious incompatibility issues in our understanding of the "sharing" economy, why did you not take my generous offer and find a better place to stay. Also, if you throw uneaten food down the drain in an Indian kitchen it will block the drain. Time and again you were requested not to do this and still you persisted. I am afraid your biased review is not going to change my view that you were the "worst" guest we've ever had the misfortune to host!
