The house was very nice and close to the beach. We enjoyed the baguet and croissant service in the morning. Catherine was very kind and helpful. We could recommend the house with a great view on the beach and Atlantic sea. A good starting point for many interesting sites.

A little piece of heaven with stunning panoramic views. This is the perfect place to rest and unwind we absolutely loved it and will highly recommend it to friends and family. Pros and cons: Pros Stunning beach and rolling hill views out of every window Clean little house Lovely tasteful decoration Pet friendly Lots of places to walk the dog around the area Fresh baguette and croissant every morning was lovely The hosts are helpful and friendly Loved watching the sunset and the bunnies run around the field in front of the house The beach is very close Cons: We treated this holiday as a digital detox so it didn't bother us, but just in case you didn't know there is no wifi and no TV. Bring plenty of reading material. It's a very sleepy village, in non-summer months and public holidays not much is open. This is what we wanted and we found it peaceful. But if you are used to twenty four hour shops and lots of bars you aren't going to find them in this village. There are not minimal curtains and blinds, meaning privacy could be an issue when the area gets busier.

The little house was a pleasant place to stay out of the season. The location just across the road from the most stunning beach was outstanding, the sunsets were magnificent and the sound of the sea lulled us to sleep each (URL HIDDEN) is a very light property owing to the many large windows - not all of which have coverings - this would leave you very exposed, particularly in the bathroom, when the building is surrounded by campers in season. When we were there the caravan on the private pitch adjacent put us off using the stunning bath especially as the lights illuminated the interior. Catherine has provided a privacy screen of about 1.5 metres height which can be placed in some open sight lines .If this doesn't bother you then the views from the loo/ bath are brilliant! It is exceptionally clean and is well equipped and the shower is very powerful - always a plus point for us ! On a slightly negative note the toilet block and bins are situated nearby and there was a drainy smell from time to time - this might have been a temporary issue I don't know. In terms of the pictures matching the description the only change was that the lovely comfy looking blue chairs and footstool have been replaced with brown leather chairs and no footstool . Catherine was welcoming and contact was good. Having fresh croissants and baguette delivered each morning was wonderful . We had a great couple of days here and would recommend it to others - for us it would always be an 'out of season ' visit .

Lovely self-contained house on a campsite, perfect for a romantic break. Extremely hospitable owners. Fantastic beach views (particularly from skylite upstairs). Le Cargo bar (a bar in converted cargo containers) is a short walk away and were also extremely friendly.

Cute and comfortable house facing the beach, beautiful view. Located in the middle of a camping site. Catherine's husband is very welcoming. Quite difficult to contact him during the stay and there were some problems with breakfast. The cargo bar next door is a very nice place to have a drink.

It's a great place and we've had a wonderful stay there. It's really right at the beach. It's on a small campsite, just so you know. The house is great, convenient. Big kitchen, nice bathtub etc. The surroundings are beautiful. And there are nice towns in driving distance. And fresh bread is being delivered every day! We haven't met Catherine and there were a few tiny communication issues, but nothing to be called a problem. We definitely would recommend a stay here!
