The space
Semi Luxury condo unit in secure complex in Playa del Rey, 5 minutes from LAX. 10 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to Ballona wetlands, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Loyola Mary Mount University. The unit has cable TV, high speed internet and one parking space. This is a self contained unit with a comfortable bathroom and vanity counter.
A full service kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and a traditional oven in place. The unit is situated in a garden like surrounding with greenery everywhere and creeks running through. A full service dry cleaner laundry is on the property. A self service laundry is available as well.
There is a well equipped gym on the property and if you are into health and fitness, you have chosen the right place to live these few days.

A ten minute walk would take you to public transportation stops. Buses to Santa Monica and Venice Beach run every 15 minutes.

I am looking forward to hosting guests from out of town on business or vacation. I mainain my place neat and tidy and look forward to hosting like minded travelers coming into town.

You will be staying in a woodsy park like resort complex. You are so close to the beach that you can walk to it.
